This place is the worst, the service is horrible. And the management is even worse. These people lied and stole $300 off my card and then tried to get aggressive when I showed dissatisfaction. I would like to speak to someone in corporate to resolve this issue. And or press charges. The manager at the Las Vegas location needs to be fired along with his security staff. I see why it was empty.
Someone please call me with email for me to forward to you what HR at Orlando office said when i voiced concerns me and my VIP friends have. We have been going there for 15 years! Everyone knows us! Jason treated us with respect, appreciation and like royalty cuz VIPs for so long. Not Victor not manager Justin! Mel does, she had always treated us great like Jason did. I make a complaint to Victor and now I’m not allowed to go anymore????? After being a VIP for 15 years???? All of my VIP friends have quit going except ones with me when i go they will stop going if I’m not allowed. Then you’ll have no more VIPs. Please show us some respect and handle this situation appropriately.
