    There is a machine ( graviton pull up / bar dip) that has been broken for a week & I was told by an employee that the machine just needed a screw replaced & that the machine is on the to do list, but it is still not fixed ( Baldwin,NY) location , ty

    Blink Fitness Corporate, you need to check your Sheepshead Bay location. My sister, who is disabled and in a wheelchair, was a member who worked out at Blink Fitness with the help of her aide. The staff (they had issues with the side wearing jeans and crocs) treated my sister with such disdain that she finally canceled her membership on July 28, 2023. The response they gave her was, “You don’t even pay for your membership!”
    My sister paid for her own membership, but why is that any of their business and why respond with such disrespect?
    Needless to say, she went home in tears. Is this what you represent?

    I go to the Blink Fitness on 2374 Grand Concourse. Today, 6/21/23 at around 9pm-10pm, another customer tried to force me out of the workout equipment. I told him I was working on it, and he verbally and physically threatened me; he said, “You can either get out of this seat, or I can be an asshole” and then proceeded to enact a punch, twice, although he stopped the punch about an inch from my face. I saw a worker nearby and asked him for the manager, to see the footage, and to help me identify the guy, as I saw them speaking with each other, and it appeared as if they were familiar with each other, not standing the fact that in the middle of speaking, they pulled out their phones and it appeared as if they exchanged information. When I told the worker I had called the cops for a report and I would need him to help identify the guy, the worker let me know he called the cops on me. I’m not sure what the worker said to the cops, but they refused to see the footage, and I actually had to contact the police again to get a detective on this police misconduct. Had the police seen the footage, and had the management actually given the footage, they would see the physical threats and possibly hear the verbal threats. This is the second time that worker at Blink has tried to abuse his powers to get me to leave, and it’s become a consistent harrassment pattern and I’m not sure why I’m being singled out, but it’s clear some type of discrimination is occurring. In the first incident where this worker tried to get me kicked out, the upper manager stepped in, heard my side of the story, and sided with me. I have made complaints to the BBB, DoL, Attorney General, and 311. The real criminal act here is falsification of information to a police officer, and abuse of power. I was told I was kicked out of the gym, and under false pretenses, after a history of experiencing discriminatory and harassing behaviors from the worker.

    Was treated very unfair by the blink in Springfield Gardens NY I cancelled my membership and was still being billed. When I call to inquire was told I was using the membership come to find out from the manager that some lady was using it and all she can do is cancell my membership but didn’t gave me a refund although she knows that I came in and cancelled with the help of the front desk.

    I have been going go Blink Dutness located at 81-83 98th Street. Brooklyn NY since it opened. I never had a problem until I tried to workout in street clothes. I was informed that this was against the rules. I stated that I always see people exercising in street clothes. The young lady at the desk told me, “not when she was working” to which I went home and changed.

    Tonight while she was working I saw two people exercising in street clothes. I took pictures and brought it to her attention. She became belligerent using profanity and stated that she didn’t care when I told her I was going to report her.

    This young lady is very unprofessional sitting on her phone most of the time at evident in the picture.

    To whom I may consent

    I would like you to be aware that the guardian location has multiple things that they need to rectify. For the last year I’ve been a member at the Gardena location in California. The reason I joined this club was because it was clean, functionality of the equipment, and services that it provided. For the last three months, the handicap shower has been out of order with signs just posted and no attempt to fix the problem. This is a major issue with due to the number of members of multiple ages and abilities who need that accommodation. I work as a nurse and I come in at the opening time of 5 AM to at least get an hours worth of working out done and typically I will take a shower and head straight to work. I’ve already complained about it once to the actual staff, but it continues to be an issue with the hot water not being on and available when I need to take a shower to make my leave to work. I question now if I should continue my membership at this location. With this location becoming more busy with more members the last couple of months I can’t see why these things are not easily rectified.
    unfortunately, it seems that blink is slowly heading into the same direction as the larger gyms, which is why I left 24 hour fitness.
    Please step in to rectify this issue and bring this gym back to what it was a year ago.

Just recently there was a huge cut in hours and now I only have 12 hours a week because the new mamager they just promoted is now working the hours I use to work.     Blink fitness in general doesn’t know how to handle customer service. Almost 2 years ago I cancelled my membership with BF North Richland Hills, and today, 2 years later, they are claiming I owe them $159 dollars and hitting my credit score!

    To Michael Lupo, The members of your 744 St Ann’s Avenue location are extremely unhappy with the decision by Blink in closing this excellent location. It’s a pity that a perfectly maintain location with members that appreciated each other had to relocate to less friendly locations.

    Former members of the St Ann’s location are missing that friendship connection to a point of assisting Blink in recruiting new members. That’s how important this facility met too us. I’m asking Blink to reopen the St Ann’s location. Thank you.

    Attacked today in Blink in Williamsburg. Went to lift a weight. Looked around, waited; looked around again, waited. There was a bag between the two weights so I looked around again. I proceeded to use the 5 lb pully. After I finish a rep a lady comes up and says, “no, no no, my bag is here.” I said I was sorry and began putting the weight where it had been. She said, ” my bag is right here you knew that.” I siad I waited and looked around and weighted. She again went into attack mode and screamed for me to “get out of here.” I told care about the weight. Shes nit yelling at me about the weight. She had been gone from the area for a while. She starts to physically attack me when someone comes to calm her down. The manager comes up to me to pull me away. The female member does not need to threaten violence and verbally abuse anyone. She knew it was not important but because ut was me, my age and the color of my skin she was going ti threaten to attack. There is enough of people that see this. I do not care about a bag on the floor between two weights thatvis sitting an area for a long period of time empty. Too many people leave bags and/or have moved on to use other machines. I waited and I did not mind giving her the weight back. It was not a life or death situation and the client did not need to threaten me with violence. The situation needs to be documented and reported. There would not have been a threat of physical violence if I was not a minority.

    Blink management at Lodi NJ location is absolutely terrible I’m texting this message while this branch is currently late “again “ opening up!!!!!!!!! It’s July/31/2022 7:17am and gym is closed because no one is here to open it up I will be canceling membership with this gym last time it was late opening for 2 hrs this is so unprofessional LA fitness is down the block might be more but at least they open on time
