After having a terrible experience in the Lake Zurich Binny’s store, I found your customer service sorely needs training in customer service and after politely trying to explain the difference between kosher and passover rules was I was continually confronted with misinformation and rude behavior. I left the store and my cart full of unpurchased product, with no intention of ever returning.
I then found Joe and Mitch in your Buffalo Grove store who where fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. I will only shop in Buffalo Grove in the future even thought it is considerably further away. Kudos to Joe and Mitch for turning this angry customer around.

horrible customer service
dustin and his team in peoria are beyond business deaf. for a member that spends nearly two hundred dollars every time we enter should honor a price adjustment of 5 silly dollars. I work for a trillion dollar company and we do it all day, every day. Dustin, as a manager of some other non factor garbage title beside your tool boy name badge should go back to stocking shelves.
Why can I not get a bottle of Blanton Bourbon? I’ve been on the list at the Orland Park Binny’s for over 2 years and was told everyone on the list got a bottle. This is no true. I never got a bottle. Let me know or contact me when I can pick up a bottle.
