It then filed bankruptcy. The annual revenue was estimated to be 3 billion US dollars.

It was founded in 1919 by William Heard. In 1961, the company was expanded widely when his son took over the company. It even received the Dealer of the year award during this period. However, in 2007 it began to face monthly losses. It was also due to the diminishing of subprime lending. It was the             11^th largest automobile dealer in US and the largest in Georgia.
