    Can someone please contact me regarding my matter I had to leave my unit at Marisol Vista 15-103. One of my daughter got very sick, couldn’t breathe I had to get her out of there. We had Hospital and Dr. Visits that were very expense as well as the medications. There were roaches, mold due to my ac leaking for 3 years. There was mold in my bathroom as well. There was ongoing construction which the workers made holes from outside into my daughter’s room where I can see the outside. She couldn’t sleep in her bedroom until they fixed it 2-3 weeks later and probably breathed in whatever was in the walls and that’s probably what also got her sick. Not to mention I had $5000 worth of furniture that I had to get rid of because the roached decided to take it over. I was embarrassed to have people come over because roaches were in the couches. No matter how much I cleaned my apartment the roaches would come out through the walls. I couldn’t even use my dishwasher because the roaches lived in it. It was disgusting. We even had 2 treatments where I had to remove everything from our cabinets and under the sink and put everything in boxes so they can spray or bomb, whatever it was it didn’t work. I was trying to hold out until my lease was up, but roaches were getting into our rooms and my daughter got very sick. If you look at our maintenance requests, they are all pluming, Pest control and AC, which I have pictures of. The employees were well aware of my situation, tricked me into signing a new lease with the promise if my apartment still had the same issues after the treatments that they would move me into a new unit and when it came time, they didn’t have one available. The employees at this office are only good at collecting money, making it look like they are trying to help and never come through. They only come through for people that they know will bring issues. They are never in office when you need and forget about responding to emails. At this point I have collectors calling me to collect over $4000 because I left. Without question my family’s health comes first. Marisol Vista is after me for over $4000 because I left without written notice regardless of me leaving without written notice, they never provide me with a pest free, mold free apartment. I refused to pay over $1800 a month to live with that. When I did leave, and I went to the office to let them know that I was leaving the day of they asked me do you think she got sick because of the apartment. What do you think. to even ask that question that’s acknowledging the issue. I’m trying to buy a house and I don’t need for this to be on my credit so I’m asking that someone contact me regarding on this matter.

    I love in Marisol vista in st.petersburg Florida unit 15207! I’ve tried on my end to negotiate compensation and unit transfer for there negligence the past 3 years and my lawyer advise me to do these negotiations before proceeding with the lawsuit… I’m hoping and Marisol Vista leasing office will send me an email confirming I could come to the leasing office and discuss these two things they need to be offering me for their negligence on my unit for leaky roof and black molding which are both grounds for lawsuit I’ve already put in a report to consumer protection!! Hoping they can just do there job so I don’t have to proceed with the lawsuit!

    Marisol vista has refused to remove black mold for 3 years and won’t take my rent money all illegal activities and the black mold alone is grounds for a law suit!! I have reported these issues to consumer protection because the property manager of Marisol Vista is negligent and making sure things get properly handled and fixed and I also called leasing office and she still hasn’t got back to me after a week of trying to contact her!! The most unprofessional and a legal complex I’ve ever lived in I would be better off living in the Hood than over here and that’s sad!!!

    Good Morning,

    This is Jamal Henley, I live at 1442A Whitesand Dr. We talked yesterday about my broken AC unit in my apartment.  I would like to know any feedback or updates on my broken AC unit. I refused the portable AC unit that you all provided because it was dirty and had mold spores in it. I would think that someone would keep those emergency portable AC units clean and in working order for instances like mine. I’m sure that you or no one else on your staff would like to use a dirty, moldy AC unit in there place of residence, I wouldn’t either. Please contact me to let me know what’s going on. I had to stay in a hotel last night because of all of this. I should not have to endure this extra cost, due to faulty equipment and your staff and emergency equipment not being prepared.

    She is an Apartment Leasing Assistant at Arbors of Brentwood in Nashville and she is very rude and she needs to adjust her attitude and behavior. She is Pathetic and answers to the question in very vague manner. The gym Instruments are broken and no one bothers to repair . This is happening since last 6 months.

    She is not responding to my query . Also, I requested her on an update on my move-out statement this week and she is still the same and she needs to take classes on mannerisms and behavior. She has No- care attitude and behaves as if she owns the entire community.

    I have been trying to contact the apartment manager multiple times Charleston about my concerns about one of your maintenance staff members for months. I was supposed to renew my lease back in July 2022. But I end up leaving the property and never renew my lease, because one of your maintenance staff members. He has been very harraseeful, and has sexual harrasseness multiple woman on the apartment facility. He drives a Toyota RAV4 truck it is grey. I lefted $500.00 on my countertop in the apartment back in September 2022 and he stole the funding, that’s why I referred to renew my lease with Abbington Place Apartment Homes in Greensboro NC 27407. My husband and I have been harrased multiple times by this maintenance staff member. My husband and I felt very very unsafe and uncomfortable at the facility and Charleston never addressed our concerns and issues. So we decided to leave the property facility altogether. We also had multiple tenants who made us fell uncomfortable and unsafe as well, who was on the second floor of Building 1505-9 who where on the second floor on the left handed side.     I received notification I received rent assistance during the pandemic in 2021. It was never applied to my accounts and I have proof I paid my rent and I never received reimbursement or refunds of the monies. The amount was $3,326.19, and the check was deposited 8-13-2021.
    I have called several times regarding this matter and even received a bill and my deposit was taken as well.
    I did not leave the apartment unclean or damaged in anyway and it has been more than long enough for them to “locate “ the overpayment and refund me my funds.

    Hi my name is Kimberly Harris- tenant at The Gregory Apts in Cary NC. Water been turned off since Dec 24- it’s now the evening of Dec 27. No communication from property mgmt until officed opened back up after the holidays today. The most unsanitary conditions I have ever lived in. Holidays ruined, not showered or been able to flush the toilet in 4 days. I am one of many I know…this is unacceptable!! I also have 3 work orders for my bedroom shelf that fell that has literally gone unattended for going on 3 mths…clothes are on my bedroom floor…I have been so patient but I have enough.     This serves as a request for your assistance in making a formal request for ‘,Restitution/refund to me for 0verpsent of rent in July 2022 (7/23/22=to 7/31/22) @ $175.00 + Security Deposit @ $600.00 Total $775.00.

    I’m the former tenant of property owner (BH One Properties’ LLC located at 45 Jefferson St Apt ,3, Augusta, Maine 04330. My tenantcy was terminated by the landlord in May 2022 (no reason given and no arrearage of monthly rent. Following approved rentals in June 2022 and July 2022 including monthly rental payments, I fully vacated my rental unit on 7/23/22 (after the rental payment for July 2022 in the amount of $700.00) resulting in an overpayment (7/23/22 – 7/31/22) of $175.00.

    After the last four months of attempts to secure ‘restitution/refund’ of the rent overpayment for July 2022 at $175.00 plus Security Deposit at $600.00 for a total of $775.00, I haven’t received a response nor refund from my former landlord nor property manager

    As a result, I now request your assistance in contacting BH One Properties’ LLC (0wner) and/or landlord in obtaining the rent overpayment plus Security Deposit. If this is not in your jurisdiction to do so.     Greetings, I live at the Promenade of Edgewater in Dunedin, Fl. I am advocating for my neighbors who live in building 261 on the second and third floors. The elevator has been broken for 3 weeks and we have residents who are disabled and cannot get up and down the stairs very easily. We have been told that it will cost $7K to fix the elevator and that the request has been held up at corporate. Meanwhile the management here just redecorated the property with new flowers, plants,
    And, trees.. yes trees !
    How is it more important to make a property pretty while people are basically trapped in their homes ? The news stations will be contacted next if this is not solved promptly.

    Management at Everly Apartments has not had the non working gym equipment repairs or replaced over 4 months. Broken Elliptical, 2 non working treadmills, noisy stair master. Working treadmill squeaks when on incline. Exit doors on building (leasing office building) not closing properly. I have lived here for 2 years. Also management does not communicate with tenants. Offixe phone is not answered. After hours, unable to leave messages.

    Hello, I’m living in one of your properties in Phoenix AZ and I’m having an issue with the manager barring me from my online account. I have been late paying the rent but I do pay it and now the manager claims that BH NO longer takes partial payments so there for I cannot pay anything until I have the full amount. So BH doesn’t except any money’s for your rent. I can’t pay online because I’m barred from my account and I have to make a cashier’s check to pay in person. I’m used to paying online because it goes straight to the property management company but now I can’t, I’m not even able to submit work orders. I am a Disabled Veteran and I have been trying to get in touch with BH to no avail. They don’t call or email you back

    Hello my name is Devon and I live at Timber Creek Apartments in Charlotte North Carolina I have lived there for going on 2 years. So I accepted a new job position in Huntersville North Carolina with that I did a buy out of my lease to move closer to my job in the process of doing that I talked to one of the ladies in the office at Timber Creek Miss Diane and she was like well why don’t you just apply for one of our sister properties we have one in Cornelius North Carolina Veranda at Lake Norman so she proceeded to help me pull the application up and they had a one bedroom available in my price range so I went ahead and proceeded to apply for the apartment Ms Jessica contacted me as soon as she saying I had put my application in proceeded with all that at first I had an issue with getting my extra income in so I had to get that put on a letterhead and acceptance letter that’s all I needed because she said my income was $60 short I proceeded to get her the information that she needed and everything for the apartment it took a little longer than expected a couple of days to get them to email me my offering letter from corporate for my part-time job long story short after giving her all the information and everything she contacted me back and said I’m sorry but your application was denied and I was concerned about why the application was denied because if I’m with Timber Creek and Timber Creek is with you guys and y’all are sister properties and you can see all my stuff with the company how was I denied everything got approved with Timber Creek why come it couldn’t get approved for Verandas at Lake Norman when my application was supposed to be denied for my third party that they use why didn’t I receive an email State and why it didn’t get approved I’ve never received a letter or anything she just told me over the phone oh it just got denied I don’t know it just got denied and that’s not the policy or the way it goes I feel like she just didn’t want me to have that apartment I had the income to cover the apartment and I’m running from their sister property so I just didn’t understand why I got denied and Jessica was very rude about it it’s like she just did not my application just to tell me something just so I wouldn’t get the apartment but I feel like that’s not okay and I’m not willing to let this go I would like to get in contact with her manager she’s just an assistant I should be able to talk to someone over her and also the lady at Timber Creek Apartments in Charlotte North Carolina she also don’t understand why my application got denied she said everything look good on my end so she didn’t understand why come I got denied for the apartment that is a sister apartment with the company BH management this has me very upset because the apartments are only 10 minutes away from my full-time I really need to speak to someone from BH management that’s over the apartment complex this is not okay to be treated like this when you already written from the company and I understand there is different people that run the apartment complex but this is the corporate company that’s over this apartment complex hoping I hear for someone soon

    Terrible management practices. They are making us use permits for parking now, which is okay. But they are attempting to charge us $50 for the permits and that is ridiculous. It’s a new rule that they just implemented so why should i have to pay?

    After careful review, it appears charges due the defect in proper air equipment were much higher than $116.93- that is only a small portion of what this is now costing me. My bill on average is lower than $150 per month..now I realized my actual charges for this will probably come due in excess again for this month.Please see below the usage details prior to the defect and now today being fixed. It appears that I have been over paying on energy since living here. My usage of KWH when this outage started on July 26th 2022 went from under 50 KWH per day all the way up to 250 KWH per day. 

    This is through the outage defect almost 250 KWH per day!!
    The days prior to the outage were as follows only at 60 KWH per day! This is more than triple my daily average use. As you can see on July 25th 2022 from the graph this is when the outage started and creeped up in energy use due to fan and condenser being broken as well as having to use portable air. On this graph it shows 419.52 KWH current total usage whereas the graph above is 1336.09 in usage. This is beyond reasonable doubt due to my defective air equipment and my apartment not cooling properly.

    The graph below is AFTER the repair occurred with the condenser being fixed – the energy use is now well under 50 KWH per day! As you can see this increase in energy usage was due to defective equipment. You are responsible from July 25th 2022- Aug 2nd 2022 based on the graphs. I am currently researching back to March to see what else I have been overcharged due to defective equipment.

    It appears that the condenser broke in June around June 7th 2022 and has increased my energy use through the summer due to defective equipment. Please see below 

    I need you to contact APS regarding this and get exact charges per KWH and pay the excess back to me please. I also ask that this be escalated to Corporate at this point as I have now waited over 48 hours for a response from you on this matter. I informed you my bill was due 8/23/2022 over a week ago. This matter has not been resolved and I am not responsible for charges due to your community’s lack of providing sufficient air cooling equipment. I have paid $250 of my bill, $202 is owed still for this month. I need a personal check for this amount so I can pay it. I will also like to receive pay back for charges accrued due to air cooling equipment since March. This problem started in June.There are multiple repair tickets, voicemail receipts as well as messages on behalf requesting repair and informing you of the issue. Your maintenance teams lack of urgency has cost me me big time and I would like this matter resolved and credited immediately as my bill is still current past due.

    This company bought Huntington Meadows Arlington Tx mid April 2022. I’ve been resident 9yrs. Not once late with rent. I submitted my renewal lease proposal to remain 12 months May 31..Staff lost that proposal I took in office again 2nd time. Thereafter I waited again for renewal lease via email..2 months..nothing. I’ve visited & called several times regional manager in Rowlett. No response. In meantime, BH charging me as well as other established tenants with late charges, etc. Plus BH not acknowledge what’s going on etc. Finally got renewal lease. However BH due to your company still have charge on my account. This is a totally mess. And no apology whatsoever especially to established tenants..I certainly will no longer recommend BH Management/Huntington Meadows/ The Dalton.

    Hello,
    I live in Marcus Pointe Grande Apt 102 and ever since I moved in I’ve been have a pest issue. At fist it was lizards and now it’s rats. There are very unsanitary living conditions. I’ve contacted the office and put in multiple requests to get the issue resolved and the office proceeded to tell me in a very rude manner might I add that this was not a urgent matter. The issue was brought up on Monday and I was told I would have to wait until Friday for someone to come look at my apartment. When they did come out they put down traps that did not help at all and when I stated that the traps weren’t working they told me to let the traps to their jobs after I stayed that they weren’t. I should have to live in an establishment where I pay for pest control and they’re not doing their jobs properly and the staff is very disrespectful when you bring it to their attention. I do not wish to make matters worse I would just like to move out without getting my command involved in my living situations. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.     Hello I live at Courtney Cove apartments in Tampa Florida
    Apt 402 and the apartment has roaches in the Kitchen , I noticed this since day 1 and I told them about the problem, I moved from California so I didn’t have another place to go and I had to stay here, I requested another apartment and Tiffany told me that they didn’t have anything available and if they so it Will be more for rent because the market went up, she said that they were going to take care of the problem , they did nothing, I talked to that assistant manager and with the same request and again the same answer. I bought 3 different thinks to kill roaches and didn’t work. But I don’t have to be dealing with this problem, this is a big nono, I have a baby and this situation it’s so Gross, I went to the office the 8th of this month to talk to the assistant manager to let her know that I am living the apartment this month and she mentioned that there is a penalty for braking the contract and of course I refused to that, because it’s not my problem that they gave me an apartment infested with roaches, after my reaction she said that she was going to take care of that if she procesed it but if somebody else does it she doesn’t know if they were going to charge me. And my question here is , what penalty they get for renting apartments with this conditions. Bathrooms peeling, falling shower rods , roaches in apartment ? Is been a really horrible experience , sad and mad to be dealing with this. Moving out . I have pictures of the messages I sent, pictures of the roaches and video

    I needed some help With my rent I went to the.gov system and they did pay it off until August but the rental office is still going to evict me and my family. I suffer with MS and my son is on dialysis

    They said my past due amount was too high and they’re scared that this might happen again so that is why they’re not gonna renew my lease only I only have sixty days to find a new place I’m really devastated because I don’t know where to go please help!!

      I live in their complex here in Phoenix, AZ. So it sounds like this company is horrible in many of their locations. This is by far one of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived at. And at the rates I am paying with the lack of service, customer service, and professionalism, I should expect more. I will never refer this place to anyone and will absolutely not sign one more lease here. I would have left last year but it’s my fault for missing the 60 day timeframe to submit my notice. I wonbe making that mistake again.

    I am writing this on behalf of my daughter. My daughter Danielle Shevack lives in Gregory Apts. 224 Appledown Drive, Cary NC 27513. Calling maintenance is a total joke. I feel like this place is literally a Slumlord community. She has been calling maintenance to come out and spray for roaches for weeks and they have not! And now they are worse than ever! Also, according to maintenance she needs a NEW kitchen faucet and her dishwasher “REPLACED” She puts in the maintenance request and they do not do anything but mark it as “RESOVED”. What a joke and a horrible business practice! This is totally unacceptable and if these issues are not taken care of in 24 hours I will make sure that the YELP reviews and the BBB are aware of this horrible service as well as Federal Housing and the Board of Health! This is no way to run a business or treat your tenants. Please contact me ASAP with a time that these issues will be addressed!
