    Bestway Rental in Winston Salem,NC has bed bugs they giving out used mattress or they’ll put a cover on it and still send it out to you, they washing machine and dryers has roaches in them they’re just nasty all around there company. Blood, dry food, and the whole place is nasty no communication skills and they work you like a dog in the heat and rain. So I recommend you not shop with them

    I rent a refrigerator from them they added a card to my file that I just made a payment on and I did not give them authorization to do so. The store manager is a disrespectful mf. He hung up the phone in my face when I called to ask what was going on. That card has been missing a lot of money off of it and I think it’s them.

    I called to check prices on furniture and they literally blew my phone up 2-3 times a day, I finally decided to get furniture so I was informed that I had to pay $100.00 before they could order it, paid $100.00 and then didn’t hear from them for 8 days, finally talked to someone and they said it would be another week before furniture would be in. Ok on the 10th day I woke up to them trying to take money out of my account so I called to see why and the manager told me I had to pay the payment to keep my account active even tho I have not received anything from them. When I told him I just wanted to cancel my whole agreement and get my money back he said I couldn’t get a refund because it was outside of the 7 day period. I will never ever do business with these people again!!! This is in conover North Carolina.

    I live in Little Rock Arkansas and we have been costumers for years recently ordered some stuff from you guys and been making my payments I wasn’t able to make one payment and they didn’t knock on the door these people banged on the door until my door got weak they are so rude and not helpful to anyone it wasnt like we wasn’t going to pay but i do not appreciate the fact that we are three days late and they send people to take stuff you basically almost done paying for and plus come with a police swat team bang in the door is very unappreciated we need to speak with someone ASAP in corporate office…

    I’ve got a washer& dryer that the guy hooked up, it end up leaking water and flood mi house, I called soon as they open only one person working at the store nor manager or the delivery guy is there I’m getting a run around and when I try to call corporate they’re saying I have to leave a message and someone will get back with me in 2 days but the phone automatically hangs up where is the justice and this part because at the end of the day I still have to pay I’m not getting credit for this whatsoever this is so much bad customer service and I wouldn’t refer best way to a dog I am highly pissed off, but I gotta suffer this is so not right what do ever.#it’s literally no one to talk to this is really ridiculous, this is a BIG lesson learned NEVER EVER rent from Bestway never!

    The absolute WORST customer service, they have a callback form, no one calls back, spoke to a customer service person after over 30 minutes on hold, no one at customer service has any technical info as how the pump works, promised someone would call me back on Friday 7/15/22 and if not Monday 7/18/22, no call yet. Their customer service reviews are the worst, BBB rating ing is F, I will NEVER BUY again OR RECOMMEND them. Go with INTEX, miles ahead in customer service and explanation of instructions and parts

    I’ve been trying to do a warenty claim and I’ve tried directly on the website and it won’t work, I’ve spoke to a few people and got different ways of doing it and still won’t work, at this point in time I’m getting very frustrated and I can’t wait 3 days for a call back
