    I have been to you libertyville and long grove location with my dogs.
    The girls working at those locations were no help and had no personality. I had an issue and wanted a recommendation but they were no help. Very disappointing cause I like your store and like to go there. But not sure if I will go back. Maybe I will try another location.

    Good afternoon
    I have been a avid customer of Bentley’s Pet Stuff for over eight years. I went into your Douglasville GA store on June 7th only for find all new management and staff. There was no manager on site and the staff had no clue as to what they were doing. I was trying to purchase 22 lb bags of Acana Dog food. I was told I was no longer in the system so I could not order the dog food. The sales representative Asia was to input my information and would call me later that evening because it take a while before I’d be in the system. Because of their new system I also lost all of my reward points. Needless to say I did not receive a call back. I called again on June 8th and spoke with Asia again and was told I needed to speak with her manager who was still unavailable. I was inquiring about special ordering the Acana Wholesome Grains as to price and flavors available to order. Before I could finish my inquiry I was disconnected. I called again to ask for the corporate office phone number and was told by Asia that there is no corporate office phone number. Please consider me a unhappy customer.
