My elderly father purchased me a $100 gift card for my birthday February 2023. They will not honor it because the company sold in May of 2023. The company stole $100 from an elderly person. Some of us $100 is a huge amount of money. Not all of us are sitting on our million dollar yachts walking all over the little people that helped you get that helped us get that yacht.
Best believe I am going to share this with everyone and discourage supporting this company. Maybe executives need humbled.

Ordered a mirror on a price match price. Was charged full price plus $29.00. They tell me they show the adjusted price on their end, but my card w charged full price. Then they tell me they will credit the difference, once shipped. however, it never shipped. It is now due next week, but no one knows when it will ship.
Ordered a registry gift on Aug 4. Confirmed would arrive between the 9-12. Get email on 12. Sorry out of stock. It was out of stock on the 4th but took the order anyway. So now 12 days later I need to start over. What a joke. Contacting the BBB
Your customer service SUCKS! I tried activating my new bed bath and beyond credit card and the three digit code won’t work…..After holding for over 20 minutes and being hung up on both times….My card is getting out in the trash!!! Your company is unprofessional and pathetic to say the least!!! I will take my business elsewhere!!!
I placed an order on 7/18 and it still has nit shipped. Then I get a email saying I will receive it on 7/23. How can u get it when it doesn’t ship. Customer derive no help they have given 2 different dates. Why would you hold an order fir 5 days? Makes no sense. I will never order from you guys again.
Your company has gone from bad to worse. You are Bed, BATH and Beyond. In your flagship store in NYC, you have exactly ONE toiled seat that can be bought in store. I was told that any other selection of this product must be ordered on line. REALLY!!! Why do you have a store? Why not just become Amazon.
Your selections of everything in your stores are minimal. You have NO customer service in your store and especially on your phones. What a pity to see what has happened to the retail business!!!

I am so disappointed that your company has decided to get into politics. We are all sick and tired of all the political stuff going on especially during this pandemic. Your politics should not enter in to your sales strategies. Waiting for a shipment, emailed that the delivery would be on Fri. 8/28 by the end of the day so stayed home all day. Called FedExp with tracking number saw that it was labeled on 8/24 but it wasn’t with FedExp. Emailed BB&B wanting an update. Today 8/31 FedExp suggests contacting the Company shipping item but is unknown, have no respond from BB&B now have sent three emails. Now calling the on line number to contact them being hung up once already and am still waiting. I will be contacting headquarters next to find out where the third party whom they ordered from so that it may be possible to contact them to find out if FedExp was contacted to pick up. I also looked up in trying to cancel my order so that I could get my money back and order this local to be delivered no option to do so. BBB7098718065 ordered on 8/20.
Bed Bath & Beyond is not an essential business as in you do not provide medical supplies, adequate sustenance, etc. So please tell your associates, your real associates who are on the front lines of your stores, the sales floor associates and managers who are afraid to travel to work everyday and are struggling to keep their jobs that you feel your bottom dollar is more important than their well being.
And before you defend yourself by saying corporate is also staying open, I know damn well a select bunch of you are entitled and working from home during this pandemic. You not only put your associates at risk by keeping doors open but also your customers so its exceptionally clear that you care about money and nothing more.
I could very much understand if you were an essential establishment but by Bed Bath & Beyond logic the ability to walk in and buy a wok or a set of silverware is of dire importance to the community and worth the risk of infecting others.
Many establishments have already taken measures to reduce this pandemic, yet your hours are even still the same.

This is a complaint. Today my husband and myself went to your Medicine Hat store to pick up a few items. We needed a few short glasses, you had some on your shelf, marked $1.69 each. We wanted a few more than you had on your shelf asked a very polite young man if there were any more, he went to ask a manager named “Sean”
Sean told us we could not buy the glasses as they where display only. Zero signage saying display only the glasses are marked $1.69 each. Are you kidding me?? Something wrong here somewhere. I still believe that “Sean” is dead wrong, can you help me out here. Please feel free to call me 403-527-2700
