    If I could put negative stars I would. My mother died and they have made it absolutely miserable to get her affairs settled. I now have to wait another 3 months and cancel the memorial so they can reissue the check to me that never should have been sent in the first place. If there was a way for them to screw it up they did. All I get out of supervisors is “oh I’m so sorry we will talk to our people.” Tell the national cemetery and my family that. Oh wait I don’t care if they are “sorry” because they could have made this so much easier just by knowing what they are talking about. I will never ever bank with BECU again and neither will my family.

    I called to find out why a payment that I requested to be sent about 10 days ago was not received by the payee. Rep. Teshika couldn’t give me any more info that was already available to me on my account. I asked her to transfer my call to her supervisor. She transferred me to someone who identified himself as Brian the supervisor. He turned out to be the most incompetent person at BECU that I’ve ever spoken to. When I repeatedly asked him to transfer me to his manager – he disconnected my call. What a bad bad bad customer service!
