    On October 13th my family and I checked into the Baymont by Wyndham for a 2 night stay. We had a double conjoined room. I got the keys and went to unload our vehicles. Got everything loaded and upstairs to our rooms and the rooms were in very poor condition. Not clean and completely run down. I went back down to the front desk and told them of the issue. They told me I could check another set of conjoining rooms but not until after all of our stuff was out of the previous room. So we go back and load everything back up and go check the other room where we were greeted with cockroaches crawling on the door. At this point we can not stay at this hotel. We go back down to return the keys and let them know that we can not stay there due to unsanitary conditions and the terrible conditions of the hotel and I asked for a refund. The front desk lady said they can not refund I would have to go through Priceline. I called Priceline and they called to speak with them. They (Priceline) were told the manager is the only one who can authorize. I was told they would be in the next morning. So we leave and go check into the hotel across the street where we all had to stay in 1 room. The next morning I go back across the street to speak with the manager which is still not there. Jay from the front desk was very apologetic and said he would contact her and for me to call back. I called back several times throughout the day and nothing. I stopped back by and was informed that the notes in the system said we never left the property and we stayed. I had to attend my sisters wedding so before I left to go back home o stopped back by again and was told that I already talked to the manager the night before because she came in which I clearly did not. So at this point I am very upset. I have read all their reviews online and even on the BBB and they all state the same thing. This hotel takes your money and refuses a refund. I called back this morning on 10/15 and spoke with Jay again and was told I wasn’t getting a refund due to the commotion I caused at the hotel and for staying. I repeated we never stayed! He then proceeded to tell me I was there longer then the 15 minute grace period which in reality takes people longer to unload their vehicles and carry their stuff in. I said that’s fraud and you guys are stealing peoples money. I said so you are going to charge me $455 dollars for something I didn’t receive and then he tells me “ well we have to make money somehow “. That’s a crooked business of I ever seen one and I am not willing to pay for services I did not receive due to the poor conditions and bug infestation of their property.

    My children & I did a reservation via telephone. We arrived at 11pm and was sent to 7 different rooms; 1st had ROACHES, keys DONT work in 3, 4th was SOMEONE ELSES ROOM!! The 5th HAD THE TV ON THE FLOOR! The 6th KEY DIDNT WORK!! Finally get a room THE FLOOR IS COMING APART AND SOMEONE WALKS IN ON ME FRESH OUT OF THE SHOWER!! The front desk won’t answer the phone either now all of a sudden!! Marietta, GA YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

    Hello, my concern is with a recent stay at your Best Western Plus Anaheim Orange County Hotel, itinerary
    #72444517759695. I reserved 4 nights Dec. 9 thru Dec. 13, I checked out early on Dec.10, before I checked out I asked the evening clerk the night of Dec. 9th if there would be a problem, he indicated there would not be a problem. The next day before I checked out I asked the day clerks if there would be a problem for early check out, once again I received the okay, I was told I would be good to go.
    I prepaid $677.46 for the rooms and I expected to receive credit for 3 nights, the hotel claims they only charged me for the one night, so my question is where or why haven’t I received the credit.

    This whole cooperation is a scam they lose your booking after it’s paid wait until the next day to make you pay again. They will take your money do not book with any of their hotels. It’s all a SCAMMMMMM!

    Your establishment on 4402 creek view drive Indianapolis Indiana 46237 is a racist hot zone the employees lie and will lose a black persons reservation even if they book online. I read your companies mission statement I did not know it was meant to all but black people I will make it my mission to warn my people so that black people avoid your lie thanks and God bless

    This hotel had cockroaches everywhere. Everywhere. I. The refrigerator, the bathroom, the beds, the drawers. Everywhere. Nothing was done or said when I brought this to the attention of the staff and customer service. I was also double charged for my stay. The entire facility was filthy and people were sleeping in the lobby. When I said I was double charged I was told they’d look in to it but I have received no follow up calls or emails regarding the matter. I had to trash every item I brought in to the facility for fear of spreading roaches to my home. I want all of my money back.

    I can sum it up pretty quick. This place needs to be condemned! Nasty! Outdated! Terrible decor! Lazy employees! Keys not working! Elevator filthy! Feeling unsafe!

    I was a guest at your hotel on 26 of August. My reservation was made under my friend name,Tamara Adams Evans. We were visiting Kalamazoo so my friend booked I believe through Priceline. We arrived around 3 if my memory serves me right on Cork St location . We were absolutely horrified by dirty sheets, old damaged television, dirty floors in the room and the hallway. Overall the placed looked like a nightmare. After my friend notified the concierge of the travesty. She implored us to go to the sister hotel over on 11th st. The associate hotel was barely habitual. Overall my stay with Baymont Inn was a disaster. Please for your own good renovate all your hotels to standards of a Hilton. Also, I believe my friend, Tamara Adams Evans should be refunded her money for those disgusting conditions we endured. Sincerely, Jasma Flowers, a disgruntled customer

    Good afternoon, my husband and I were overnight guest there on August 6th 2022. During our stay my husband killed a cock roach on the wall. I suspect he was the parent of the small one I killed crawling across the sink the next morning. I notified the desk clerk as we were leaving, no apologies, just a look as though this was a common complaint. Please order them to hire an exterminator so that future guest don’t have to sleep with one eye open. Nice hotel except for the non paying crawlers. I would like to leave a decent review once I know that this situation has been addressed.
