I cracked my phone screen in ohio and had ir fixed at the batteries plus bulbs in Dayton ohio and the guy there told me if I had any issues therw arw a few in Grand Rapids Mi where I live that I could go to if any issues arise and they would honor the 6month warranty. They could call him if needed. I have my receipt. The one in Walker MI told me they are a franchise and don’t have to help me with my phone. The GPS was working before I got mybacreen fixed and I went to use it and it is not working. Everything else seems to be fine. Are the franchise stores suppose to work with the other stores fkr the warranty? Unused my GPS a lot and really need it working
I purchased my car battery in December of 2021 from 6227 w 95 ST oak lawn, IL. Car stopped on me multiple times in November of 2022. Took it to my service center and upon testing, battery failed test. The car technician discovered dead cell in battery. Needs battery replaced. Employee at oak lawn location, Sean performed tested initially and said battery needs charging. He had me start y car and it gave out a good read. Informed it was nothing he could do. Battery is under warranty and refused to replace it. Instead told me call corporate and win the battle through them. I have never been more disgusted with a business practices and lack of concern.
