Hello, I would like to file a claim for damage to my car from Bath & Body Works car freshener. I live in Detroit, MI, and we had warmer than normal temperatures. I got in my car to find the Bath & Body Works air freshener melted and damage my car panel beneath the vent. Can you please let me know how to file a claim for repairs. I hope this will be a situation that will not cause too much stress on me, I just had a death to deal with, now this. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I have pictures when needed.

Hello- My daughter and I will be taking a road trip in the next year, and would like to stop at the Bath and Body Works headquarters in Ohio! Do you have anything for the public there (such as a tour or an outlet store, etc) ? Or is it just an office complex, closed to the public?

06/14/2019 received my large order from Bath and Body works today and very disappointed. the box was opened and also torn with a gray flare missing and one of my wallflowers missing also. The Fed EX deliver person just drop it on the deck and left. This is the second time I have received an order from Bath and Body Works with the package torn and several of my bottles broken

I would like to comment on the awful customer service I received at your store in Macedonia, Ohio. When I walked into the store on two occasions this past December, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help. These people are always great.

However, the people at the checkouts leave a lot to be desired. On 12/14/18
I was checked out by Cashier No. 3030014. There was no smile, no “did you find everything ok”, no nothing. She just took my basket and started ringing me up. When she finished and I paid, again, no smile, no thank you for shopping here, no happy holidays, no nothing.

I was in the store again on 12/28/18 to take advantage of your big sale. This time I was checked out by Cashier No.1908495. Again, nothing from her. When I asked if she could put my items in two bags instead of one, she never even acknowledged that I said anything, but she did do it. When she was done and I paid, again, nothing!

What is the problem with these cashiers? Do they not like their jobs? If not, they shouldn’t be working there. What happened to good old customer service? What happened to just being a pleasant person? I worked in customer service most of my life and never treated anyone like that. If I would have, I would have lost my job.

Maybe these clerks need to be reminded how to treat people.
