Bank of Ozark is called the Bank OZK. It is into financial services. The headquarters of the bank is located in Rock, Arkaansas. It was founded in 1903. The bank began its journey along with a community bank at Ozark, Arkansas. It was bought by the Rose law firm in 1979. The firm then moves its headquarters to Little Rock.
In 2004, there were 41 branches all over the US. It was also the second largest bank by then. In 2008, the bank moved to a 4 – storey headquarters. In 2010, the bank bought 4 non performing banks. They were Unity National Bank of Cartersville and Chestatee State Bank of Dawsonville. Again in 2011, the bank bought 3 more failed banking services.
It acquired Bancshares Inc in 2013. In 2014, it merged with Summit Bancorp. This was a major turning point in Bank OZK’s history. This is because Summit Bancorp was the 6th largest bank with branches in more than 24 locations.

Hello,I need to talk to the president of this-bank or Vic president.I have a complaint about fraud of my mothers checking account and I saw flags that the teller should have seemed but still cash a fraudulent check at this bank in this state. My mother has been with this bank over 5 years and it is talking to long for her money to be put back in to her account. We are from Texas and they cash the check in your state.I don’t know how this person got a hold of my ss# and used it to cash a check taking all of my mothers money out of her account.phone 2814138635 thank you , looking forward to hearing from you.
Bank of OZK puts all account numbers on statements. Now the crooks have your information. Need to leave off whole account numbers off of statements!!
