So, I believe I was lied to by a general manager and I do not want to get a call from that restaurant in Robinson twp in pittsburgh, because I already spoke to him and he said he was going to send me out a $25 gift card for my troubles and it was supposed to be sent out Monday, but never got one, so I would like to speak to someone higher from corporate and not get a call from the restaurant because I do not want to speak to that manager again, I want something done about this or there will be some phone calls made and letters sent to corporate, im not happy and want something done, once again, I do not want this forwarded to that restaurant directly because they will not help me, and I have said what I needed to say, I still have money on a gift card that I couldn’t use on mother’s day and now I had to go back out of town and I may be back in tomorrow and can possibly go, but I need someone else to speak to. Thanks, you said if there was anything else you can do to message you guys,

As a server in one of ur locations it is unfair to have 19 servers on the floor on the weekends no one is making any money and I get 2.13. I think someone needs to evaluate the floor plans and how to help your employees make money during this time. Cause as a seasoned vet in the industry your gonna start losing employees due to not making enough money

I would like to recommend adding a Bahama Breeze to Morgantown, West Virginia. Morgantown is a college town and also well known for their major hospitals. Please consider. Thank you.

I’m so upset that calypso shrimp pasta was removed from your menu. This was my all time favorite dish I would order “EVERY” time!!! I have no reason to eat at Bahama Breeze now. I’m so sad!!! – Please, please return this fabulous dish!!!!!!

My husband, mother Inlaw and myself went to Bahama breeze on January 14th at 7:30 PM located on E. Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee Florida. We were informed that there was a 25 minute to 30 minute wait so my husband and I went to the bar that was facing outside. A male Bartender came up and ask what we wanted. My husband wanted Buchana 18 so I asked the bartender for Buchanan 18 year His response was very rude and abrupt he asked me what was that!!! I explained that it was a whiskey and he replied was… that this is JUST Bahama breeze and this is all they had! He was nasty and loud! I asked my husband what else he would like to drink but he was so upset with the way the bartender responded that he didn’t want to order anything!
I then asked for a Moscato and a beer paid our tab and sat outside waiting for a table. After waiting a while I went inside and asked the hostess which was a woman how much longer was my wait time and She and stated rudely that I was ONLY waited 18 minutes and I still had another 25 minutes to go!
My husband and I decided to leave and go to another restaurant not even 5 minutes my phone rang that are seat was available.
This is the second time we have been to this location and they have treated us rudely!

September 7th 2021 at approximately 5-6pm my aunt and I went to the Bahama breeze grill in Seattle wa on south center boulevard we got in side and they seated us but I asked the lady if I could sit at another table that was open and she said that they weren’t even using that area so I didn’t say any more our waiter was not very professional so we went ahead and ordered I asked him what was in the chowder and he responded that’s a good question I don’t know he should know the product being sold we ordered a Bahama the Bahama mama tasted like tropical juice drink not like a alcohol drink mines had a tiny square if lemon my aunt had not fruit at all finally the food comes the chowder was fine but when I went to eat my house salad a big fly came out from under a leaf of lettuce I got the waiter attention and told him to take the salad there was a fly in it at first he just looked at me then said what do you want me to do take it back and bring new one and my aunt asked him to bring salt that she never got our bill came to ,$53 I told my aunt for this kind of money this experience should have been much better so before we left I asked one of the workers and asked to speak to the manager who actually was right in front of us I seen and heard her tell the the manager and the manager never said anything to us she looked at us and turned back around and from that point just ignored us I felt discriminated against not only for the way that the manager acted but for when I told the waiter when we were being seated that I wanted this one particular seat and they said it wasn’t open but not 5 minutes later your place in some white people right there to think I’ve traveled past that restaurant that I don’t know how many times and I always thought it looks like a good place to eat finally I do decide to go there and eat and found out it was a total disappointment total disappointment I would never eat there again I will never tell anybody that they should go there. Highly disappointed

Polk County does not have a Bahama Breeze. There’s nice areas in Davenport and Lakeland for a Bahama Breeze. The nearest Bahama Breeze from Polk County is a 1 -2 hours drive.
