    I made a purchase at the Winter Garden Store yesterday at 16:15pm (6/21/2022). My purchase invoice was number 06212320017 and 06212320018. The phone number we used for the account was 402-510-8092. One of the invoices was for a recliner couch, recliner chair and swivel chair. The other was for a rug that required a special order.

    Karen Raya told us that the couch and recliner chair were made in the US but when we looked it up we found that it was made in China and had many complaints. My wife had specifically told Karen that she did not want the Latitude Collection because of it’s history and reviews. As it turns out the order was for the Grant Flex Steel Latitude Collection. We did not know Grant was the Latitude Collection. We called this morning when they opened and sent an email before they opened. Karen got back to us by email and told us that she contacted her furniture rep and found out the set was made in Viet Nam. We followed up on line and found that they haven’t started manufacturing the Flex Steel in Viet Nam yet. We were also misinformed about the available warranty.

    So we continued with cancelation. We wanted to cancel the rug but were told that cancelation would require a manager. When we asked for a manager today, they said that they have no manager available for two days.

    We called corporate office and found that there is no one you can contact that would have the authority to cancel the rug. Karen said the order already went through, but we talked to her first thing this morning and the guy who manages the rug department was not even in, so I realize they want to make a sale, but without the furniture the rug doesn’t work.

    Please help us out, this is not a good business practice.

    Your customer service is the worst ever ever !You cant even get someone to call you back or to even answer the phone. I have been trying to get my love seat fixed for over six months, this is not the first time it has been broken ! First time they exchanged the whole piece and six months later it broke again been waiting for ever for the part it came was sent to wrong warehouse they make appointment to put in part never called to get part shipped ! Then the guy calls me for my appointment and tells me he has never put this part in ,so now I have to wait again !! I’m so angry that your people can not get this issue resolved .I get it that Covid has messed up everything but at least call your customers and let them know what’s going on !!

    Bought approximately $15,000 worth of furniture from Ft. Myers location. The last pieces of furniture delivered were 2 white sofas and a white chair. The 2 men that delivered the furniture unpacked the furniture in the street and brought it inside. One of the young men had not changed his dirty black latex gloves and got black hand prints all over the skirts of both sofas. I showed the head guy the dirty hand prints so he could take pictures and refused to sign that I was satisfied with the delivery. It took months to get Baer’s Cleaning crew to come out and try to clean the stains. He tried different cleaning agents to no avail. I was told that they would have to order 2 new slip covers for my sofas. All this was in March of 2021. Do you know I’ve been fighting with these people now for over a year trying to get the situation corrected. They did come after one year with the new slip covers to change them out. Guess what? After a full year of waiting and literally at least 30 calls to the company to talk to Audrey and getting ignored they sent the wrong color slip covers. Not even close. So since March 2nd of 2022 I have gotten no answers or returned phone calls as to what they are going to do about this. Their employee, Audrey is worthless and would be fired if she worked for me and treated customers the way she does. Absolutely no respect. I have written down and documented every single unanswered and unreturned phone call and the times I did get to talk to someone I wrote down in detail everything that was said. A lawyers dream come true. I wish I had read the reviews about this company prior to purchasing on buyers beware. My complaints sound just like everyone else that wrote a review of this company. Some people want to do a class action law suit against Baer furniture. What everyone wrote about this company is absolutely true. Once they get your money the furniture is yours and you’re on your on. I will be exercising my right to use my insurance I purchased with the sale which states if anything ever happens with my furniture and they can’t fix it they have to replace it. As dis honest as these people are believe me they will try and get out of the contract somehow. If I don’t get this resolved I will be reaching out to the other unhappy customers about a class action suit. The whole entire Baer family is responsible for the poor service this company displays.Jerry, the president Melvin and Lucile,the co founders, Ira, Ron, Larry, and Cathy Baer all need to step back and think about how they are treating their customers because one day you’ll be going out of business.

    Non existent customer service. The line rings; no one answers, no way to leave a message or call back number. Still waiting for my response that was guaranteed to be in 7-10 days, day 19. No manager available in West Palm Beach store. Ordered two different products one year apart. High prices, substandard products. Buyer Beware
