They do not stand behind their product. If you buy it from a retailer such as Tractor Supply, they play the go to the seller game. Well the seller, in this case Tractor Supply does not do a PDI, they just put the steering wheel and seat on. No service or support. They send you to BB who gives you the run around. Ours had never cut without leaving a strip down the middle. BB stays make sure deck is level & tires are inflated the same. Really? Did check. No issue. Bought in March or 22, Sant pictures and had conversation & email about it in October of 22
Took it to an authorized dealer that does repair & maintenance. They said blades were dull from dealer, check all the other items. Still does the same thing. They have no idea. No did the sales representative from BB who happened to be in the store at the time.
TS nor BB will stand behind the product to exchange it or correct it. I had better luck with cheap riding mowers. I at least didn’t have to mow three times in different directions to get a completed yard.
I bought the product thinking I was getting a tougher more durable American made product. What I got was a product that does not perform properly. I can’t get it exchanged or refunded. So it sure looks like get your money and good luck. I couldn’t honestly sell it to some one for what I paid for it. The dealer will offer $1,500 on a trade in for a $3,300 mower that is 1year & 4 months old and run about 30 hours.
