Went through the drive thru tonight. Two burgers were not right so I called the manager who was very rude and did not want to work with me to resolve the problem. She wanted me to bring the food back and they would remake it. Their food is so expensive already but she wanted me to use my gas and time. Not to mention that my food would have been cold when I got back. I told her I was not coming back so she said ok it’s your choice. On top of that she took her gloves off and threw them in my bag. No apology or anything. She acted like it was no big deal. I’m done.

Just received your latest advertising flyer with coupons expiring 11/1/2022. What a waste of your adverting money. The terrible tomato colored paper with white print and strange offers is difficult to understand. Very difficult to read and showing $3 off $15 doesn’t really explain what I can purchase. Assumption is picture of item (but no title identification) is what I need to order. I have no idea of pricing – are these $5 each and since I am a single, there is definitely no need for 3 burgers. Red paper has never been a good color for printing on paper. I used to regularly visit BYB but for several years ordering/receiving not what ordered was difficult in my Germantown, TN location. Not sure if it was disrict supervisor, location manager or staff just not caring. Now this advertising leaves me not feeling like participating. If you can’t tell me what sandwich/etc. is offered with a lesser number. Goodbye.
Waited 20min for a Blackn chicken sandwich combo in Flowood Ms only to bite into a cold sandwich. I was on my way to work so I couldn’t take it back. The cashier was doing her job plus running to drop fries because the young girl who was to supposed to be doing fries was on her cell phone. The manager saw her on the phone but the only time she made her put her phone up is because I said something about it. I diffently will not go back to that restaurant
Well, I’m sitting in Gastonia, NC. There is not a line, yet I am waiting as if I am. Then my order is stupid wrong and I went to get it fixed, but too scares to eat it it. I went to park and suddenly there is a playwright outside with all the staff! Mind you, one has on gloves she just handed me both burgers with. NOW WHILE THEY ARE PLAYFIGHTING, you have cars in line waiting to order their wanting needs! I found this to be distasteful, not funny and just plain Ole unsanitary manner of handing anybody food or money.
