I have received my new AVON booklet, CAMPAIGN 16, 2023. I am very, very much offended by the GO BIG! get more. The pictures on the front cover and on pages #2,3,4,6,7, and 9 are truly unbelievable, to say the least. This is a direct insult to ALL WOMEN OF COLOR. Your advertising sends the message that ONLY WOMEN OF COLOR are BIG and/or TALL, as the captions indicate. Yes, the captions are describing the products, however the pictures emphasize the women’s sizes. These pictures show women of color whose faces are unclear, with large thighs, legs and derrières, and they are ILLUSTRATIONS, not even PHOTOGRAPHS. And yet on the very next page #10 and throughout the booklet, we see very, very different PHOTOGRAPHS of women who appear to be thin, and what AVON apparently sees as beautiful. They appear to be mostly not women of color. This is a major disappointment to loyal customers, including your customers of color, and Campaign 16, 2023 brings shame to this company. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU. There is nothing at all right about this. We, your customers of color need a printed apology on the cover of the next Campaign issue, and going forward, perhaps your Human Resources Department should conduct a mandatory sensitivity training about biases, implicit and explicit. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.

My late husband work for Avon in Springdale, Ohio. He passed away in 2019 and I received his pension benefits. Since getting his pension I have not been able to get a hold of anyone for his 1099R for taxes. Everyone I spoke to said they are filed in the archives and that I needed to email: hravon@avonusa.com. Well, I have done this three times and no response. I am needing this for the IRS. can anyone help me. His last day work was 2-18-2009. Can someone please help me.
I hope someone will listen to me, as I cannot get anywhere with Customer service, Customer credit. I tried to put in an order in C 23, it was not accepted, I tried again, I called customer service, and they told me that I owed a balance of $10.00…………..no I paid 69.32 and they are trying to bill me $10.00, I called my district manager and she call customer service, I did and spoke to a nasty manager……..still no order. I am so mad with Avon …that I started to sell avon in 1972, and it gets worse year by year. I can not understand the people in India, why aren’t these jobs in the USA where we can understand them. I have a credit limit of $600.00, and they want $10.00? Am I disposal, I have NEVER cheated Avon out of a dime of these 47 years. I hope someone reads this, and I can get an answer.
