How do I look up my gift card history? My local Chapel Hill Institute have told me they can’t find a balance, or any history. I retain all receipts, and know I did not use all of my cards. During my many attempts to pay with my gift cards, only to be told they have no value, I overheard one person comment to another that when they got their new systems, maybe something happened. The response was simply dismissive. Although old, these cards have no expiration dates or any fees on them. Some cards may have been purchased using my Pure Privilege number is 8864809. If this can be resolved, I would love to frequent Aveda again. In past years, I have enjoyed my experiences with the students, and appreciate the services.
