    So, I am now late  turning  in my required paperwork.  I have spent at THE LEAST 5 hours trying to get help.  I have asked my local center (RC RC) to help.  I have asked my client’s (Russel Walker) parents to help.  I have made phone calls & have waited at home ALL DAY for a return call. I called a help center -(DCI)  they couldn’t help.  I am exhausted This is completely unacceptable. Is my time less important than yours?  Should I charge you for the time I am trying to get help from you? 

    I really don’t care what your excuse is – this treatment of employees will have people RUNNING away from employment with you.. Being someone who cares for others is a hard job.  Minimum wage sucks.  You are giving us reason to hate our job.  McDonalds pays more and treats their employee’s better.  

    That does not say much for you – does it?
