Nov,19 2022.i went to shawnee okla store about 5:00pm to purchase a chain for a chainsaw, the department workers were a lot of help finding the right chain.i asked how much was the cost, he said it was $21 so I said I’ll get, he took the chain to the cashier, when it my turn to pay the chain rang up $66 the cashier said that don’t seem correct, so she called the manager, the manager came to the register and said its ringing up $66 so you’ll have to pay that if you want it. I told her the guy working the department said it was$21 then she said HE’S NOT MY BOSS an if you want it its $66 and I’m not lowering the price for you, — but its only $21 and I asked if she could look up the right price, she no if you want it you’ll pay $66,and alot of other customers couldn’t believe the way I was being treated, I’m a u.s.army veteran, and I was a regular customer. That lady is not a good manager, thank you
Question: I attempted to buy a trailer at the Atwoods in my local area on a Sunday. The assistant manager on duty stated that they could not sell trailers on Sundays because the DMV isn’t open. Her suggestion was to go across the street to Tractor Supply..so they can but Atwoods can’t? I thought they had the titles there at the store and I could be wrong but don’t they just have to match the VIN? It just doesn’t make sense to me and this would have been a $2,000 sale.
Dlorah Metshke is a horrible regional manager she lied to my face about not saying a vulgar word on Thursday April 21st in between 3 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. that day and look on that day she said the word bitch in between that time she pointed to a blank screen to prove she did not say that word and her and kirk Johnson let me go for 3 stupid write ups that where not accute at all and this last one which was an honest mistake a had a water bottle in one hand and the cap in the other hand and reached with three fingers to get the zebra from Robin to give to Skylar because she was leaving and it was an honest accident on my part there is more info in emails I had Coporate hr employees email to kirk and I have an problem with James Stevens and the way he runs the atwoods in Gainesville and he has been known to use vulgar language on the clock at are store which is grounds for direct termination in the spot look back on the cameras and you will find several times in him doing so I will sue you guys for wrongful termination if u do not look into this situation

The store manager in Chickasha was so rude and unprofessional. I bought a pair of ariats that the sales person lead me to when i said i was working ice storm. I assumed they would be waterproof and protect my feet from the elements. Well as it turns out i wore them 3 times and my toes ended up with frostbite and they left blisters on my feet bc they were not the right size. Of course there is a scuff on them bc i was working the ice storm. She refused to exchange them.
Great store! Found several items that had know idea they carried.

wichita falls texas store is a scam. 99% of the time if you go there for a sale item advertised in the flyer they dont have it. False advertising happening every time. this needs to be addressed by upper management but as i have complained in the past numerous times apparently the ceo condones it. If I was Brian Atwood I would be ashamed to put my name on such a shady operation.

To whom this concerns you have a manager in Owasso ,Ok who had his employees murder a cat that was hanging around , they shot her many times with a pellet gun till she died and the manager ordered it done, I think that they deserve the same thing. I have bought from Atwoods for years but until this manager and the 2 employees are punished to the fullest I won’t soend a dime and i eill boy cot your store , till I see it done and I have a lot of people who are behind me
