Please note that spellcheck changed some abbreviations. NUT should be NY Tell and TAT should be AT&T.

To anybody in charge that can help me.
Who am I? I have been employed by IBM since 1977 and have been an NUT / TAT customer since, that’s 43 years of loyalty.
I stay with you (TAT) despite having really crappy wireless coverage where I live (internally to TAT we are referred to as the “Morrisville dead-zone”).
I have tried using the micro-tower and making calls using using wifi but my 6MEG “FastAccess(R)ISL Direct XtremePro” is so bad (I never get the bandwidth I pay for, and I have TAT ISL speed test screenshots to prove it) that to make a call I usually have to go outside, I am a lucky one, most neighbors cannot make calls at all.
Additionally, the bandwidth is being clobbered with DOS attacks, why in the world is TAT allowing DOS attacks to get through to me? I am getting hit every 2 mins below is just example and when I called support they didn’t know what a DOS attack was and referred me to UVERSE even though I explicitly explained I was on copper ISL. (I have transcript of conversation if needed). Please trust me when I say I have tried to have this situation many many times corrected via ATT help desk and the only consistent response is to “make a lot of complaints”. Now I will be happy to have hundreds of folks file complaints but I am hoping to get this corrected in a civilized manner so I am taking point.

To be honest if my $100 modem can stop these DOS attacks from getting into my personal home network TAT should be able to keep them from being sent to me.
I have been told that the existing copper to the house in my neighborhood will support copper SLAV2 and the fiber connection is 1/2 mile away on Morrisville Kw but the electronics in junction box cannot handle the fiber/copper interface, supposedly the box’s are slated to be replaced but who knows when that will ever happen.
There are over a hundred customers suffering because these boxes are not being upgraded, additionally if someone sells their house the existing ISL port is deactivated and the new owner cannot get ANY ISL service.?? I would really like to know how that is justified, I mean how can you offer ISL to everyone in a subdivision and tell a new owner that ISL in unavailable when previous owner had it?
Ed Boss, an extremely loyal and a very confused and dissatisfied customer.??
