I am looking for the number to cooperate from atria of New Bedford MA having issues with the director and a lot of favoritism amongst her employees and outside employees
My mother is at Atria San Juan Capistrano. She just moved in 2 weeks ago and they’re wanting to kick her out. They haven’t given her all of her meds daily. They’re saying we can’t call corporate because according to them “corporate doesn’t want to talk to you”. She’s being neglected already and it’s only been 2 weeks. This is extremely frightening! They want her out “the sooner the better”. Our hearts are breaking.
Dear Mr. Moore,
I am writing on behalf of my mother, Mary S. She resides at The Victorian at McKenzie in Victoria, BC, Canada. I believe you may have had recent emailed complaints from my mother with regard to the meals she receives.
Mum is unable to leave her apartment for medical reasons, therefore, cannot get to the dining hall. Since moving into The Victorian, she claims the meal preparation and selections have deteriorated and has been told she is the only vegetarian and gluten free resident there. This means she has very limited meal selection. The meals Mum gets delivered to her suite are reported to me as often inedible, repetitious, and now she has learned baked potato (which is about the only warm food staple she receives at lunch on a daily basis) will no longer be regularly available.
Even after Mum discussed with staff her vegetarian food preferences, the quality and variety of the meals remain questionable. My brothers and I collectively believe she is receiving a poor level of nutrition, and are concerned for her physical and mental wellbeing. I fail to understand why the Chef or lead cook is unable to provide her properly cooked vegetables, Tofu, a hearty vegetable soup or bean salad for example, instead of the daily repetitious salad and fruit plates for lunch and dinner. She will eat fish but this is only served once, possibly twice per week.
Although my mother has expressed complaints to Atria previously about her meals; her dietary requests have yet to be met with satisfaction. It is our hope that this issue can be addressed and finally resolved.

Worked at atria rancho mirage. Management is awful. The so called nurse who is the caregivers boss is a freaking joke. Monica. At least 3 people have quit. 2 got fired for stupid reasons. So she works kinda as a caregiver. The girls do all the work.

You need to set up a complaint line ASAP
Reno, NV facility very poorly run. The manager is lazy. They never have staff and the meals are subpar. Today the manager didn’t come in due to a rash even though no cooks showed up and the residents had no breakfast except cold cereal. They don’t know what will happen at lunch. I can’t even contact corporate to get help because it’s the weekend.
