I went for an initial consultation and the doors were locked. Now the first available appointment is yet another two weeks out.
My appointment was at 4:00 pm, well before the close of business. No signs posted on the door, no phone call they were closing early.
Extremely poor customer service
Hi I am currently having physical therapy done at the Roseville location on Gratiot by Troy silverthorne very very good what from hardly walking to riding my elliptical in 5 weeks thank you
I was forced to take a Survey that asked mental status questions that had nothing to do with my care. When I told them I declined was told me I would not be served. I find this highly Disturbing. With no Explanations other than it was an insurance form. Why does my insurance need to know on a scale of one to ten how happy I am?
