    In light of the recent reveal of violation of the CA Prop 65 act and excessive exposure to BPA in your sports bras and other garmets, I contacted the corporate customer service to seek a refund for a sports bra that I had recently purchased (as advised by an associate at the Roseville Galleria store, who, by the way, knew nothing about the violation and present findings). After speaking with Heather in Ohio, she kindly escalated me to Kirsten. I don’t know their full names but Heather was exceptionally helpful and explained her limitations thereby transferring me (and explaining in detail) to Kirsten at the “escalation level”. Kirsten also explained her limitations in terms of refunding but did have a solution, she called the store herself and spoke with a manager who has agreed to give my daughter and I both a refund on our sports bras. Both women were exceptional in their customer care and as I told Kirsten, who knows, she may have saved at least 2 lives today! Moving forward, I do hope that GAP Inc will come to realize the dangers of the toxic levels of BPA (up to 22 mg). To be a company about supporting healthy lifestyle yet put women and children at risk is beyond an unacceptable practice. Consider the word spread. Again, HUGE thanks to Kirsten and Heather for being helpers today…lifesavers!
