I had a new Nest Thermostat and Carrier Heating/Cooling installed in August 2023, and was only provided with a generic invoice with a total but no description of the work performed. I am applying for a rebate that requires an itemized invoice. I have made numerous attempts over a two months and a half period to request an itemized invoice. I can’t imagine how hard it could take someone to email a single piece of paper itemizing the work that was done.

I got a new heat/ac pump from you ars/rescue rooter from your Nashville TN Dec 2021 and my unit went down on Dec 23,2022 I called in to report this and they told me that they would have someone out to fix on Dec 24,2022 between 8am and 12pm nobody has showed up and I have called them 6 or 7 times the lady told me they was running behind but they would call me back to let me know what time they would be coming out to fix it and never returned my phone calls. It is pretty low down for lying about it and taking advantage of a disabled Army veteran with no heat in the house. My Hot water heater Hot pipe froze up but I was able to get it unfrozen. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the dynamic team at ARS Rescue Rooter of Fort Worth for their professionalism and quick response at a critical time for my family. Our 12-year old water heater went out on New Year’s Day. Needless to say, that was not the way that we wanted to start 2022. However, Coralee Lennert made it a great experience. She was receptive to our needs and facilitated the process. The experience was amplified by the excellent craftsmanship of the technicians, Fernando and Kabrehn, who installed our new hot water heater on January 6th. Their friendly expertise and focus on the task were greatly appreciated. Now, my family and I are enjoying warm showers again.
