I just went to the gas station on Wilmington and alondra and I bought my friend a pack of cigarettes cool 100 and I smoke and I don’t know if the girl work there is new but she charged me $15 and I smoke I know it’s like 12 dollars and she and she never gave me a receipt so they need to check up on that girl on the corner of of Wilmington and alondra that’s doing the last shift in Compton California 90220

Was overcharged. Been going this gas station many years and never checked my receipts…till today. How long has this been going on? My fault for not checking my receipts to see the gallon price. But I feel like it’s false advertisement. This is a go to gas station in long beach for alot of people because of the prices. But maybe they haven’t noticed either? How much money is made this way? Posted pics with review for them at obispo and 7th in long beach location.
When I went in I walked up to the counter to and dropped $40 on the counter and said “40 on pump 6″. Then this big ugly Transvestiite said it rude not to put the money in her hand. I turned around and said,”What?” Then I told it I didnt want to touch your pervert hands. The big. Black trans came out and threw my 40 back at me to saying “you don’t have to be all racial and he everything” which she is obviously said to try anger nearby
Black customers. Then to she came up and slammed my car door on my leg while I was getting in my car.. Arco is luck my leg wasn’t hurt or I would have sued them. The He/She pervert fag needs to go.!!!

Apparently from the posts I’m reading, a number of people are experiencing poor service, bad attitudes and down right rip offs from ARCO. I’ve received no call backs from the Vegas Aliante location that wronged me. I’ve received no call back from “Customer Service” either. They somehow know enough people will not unite enough to hurt their bottom line. I just hope that each wronged person can obtain their own satisfaction by not giving them any of their business any more. I’ll be one of them!
Since the local Arco gas station is not responding to my complaint, I will go the corporate route. On 5/25/22, at 2:15 PM, the Arco carwash on Harbor Point Drive in Elk Grove, CA, damaged my car. It knocked off a piece of body work. I reported it to the manager, Brit. I called back three times, the last two on 6/15 and 7/11. Each time she said she would call corporate and somebody will get with me. No communication what so ever. Some one needs to contact me. If not, my next step will be legal.

Arco has huge posters of “buy a car wash get $5.65 price for a gal. Of gas. I took 20 photos to prove my comments now. A blind man could see deluxe car wash $6 plastered throughout the station. 4 posters. Only when you punch in the wash code do you see the $8 price as there’s only one poster of that. I didn’t see the small fine print below the $6 mon-thurs. The $8 price is only on weekends. Oh well. The $5.65 price is b.s. as I paid $5.75. The movable sign on the lawn says $5.65 when you buy a car wash. And that’s all it said. $5.65 for 87. Nothing about you must pay cash. Nothing. Such a chicken shit way to advertise by omitting useful info and conning your customers with ghetto business tactics. At least I’m not an Arco dealer. What you did to them forcing them to give up their business is criminal. Remind me to stay away from your Corp hq as it must be a target from disgruntled jobless dealers. Once I think about it, Arco is a third rate ghettoish company with questionable business tactics throughout all depts. Of the company. $.5.65 a gallon is bullshit. Everything is Arco. On 5/10/2020 I stopped by the AM PM gas station in my neighborhood in La Palma ca(walker and orangethorp) to pump gas,I parked next to the pump and walk in the station an handed my ATM card to the cashier and told her I want $30.00 on pump 4 ,she charged my card and I walked out to go to the pump to get gas, I noticed that this is pump 6,I immediately went back and told her that it is pump 6 instead of pump 4.
At that time she try to fix it and she realize that she turn on pump 12 and someone is pumping gas in his car,She told me that she will not reverse the money because I told her 12 instead of 6.How that can be when I m here standing on front of you and my car is parked next to pump 6, some one else is pumping the gas at the other pump that on the other side? After long argument finally I called the police department that they said this is a civil matter and that I should address this to corporate.For the last 16y I lived close to this station and me and my family (5 cars) using this gas station and never had any issue,I left with out gas nor my money .That is very very sad and unfair to me.

I had the SAME experience! They refused my refund. My lawyer wrote a letter demanding refund. They ignored him too. I hope everybody read these are willing to go anywhere else, even pay more to avoid ARCO. They’re doing the kind of volume where they don’t have to care who they rip off.
I just passed the Arco in Lemoore CA and was very disappointed and upset by what I saw. The Amercian flag was a disgrace. They need to take more pride in our Nation’s flag,
Pump at your location at 1801 S. State College Blvd. Anaheim CA needs serious maintenance. It malfunctioned. I was sprayed with gasoline all over my person, eyes, nose, and mouth. The attendant also tested it after the incident and was not able to pump gas as it kept indicating that my tank was full. He clearly witnessed that the gas tank was not full and pumped several times before it would pump.
