This RIDICULOUS company just sent me a survey asking about how I liked the equipment they sent me. I couldn’t answer the survey because the EQUIPMENT HASN’T ARRIVED. They are rude, uninformed and have robots babbling while you are kept on hold forever. The worst part was when they call you, not only is there NO CALLER ID, but when you ask what doctor sent in the prescription, the idiot on their end said “I am not allowed to reveal that.” So, of course the whole thing came across as spam. I hung up!!! I hope Dan Stack is reading this ~ not that he cares.

    Very disappointed I your rep.

  • Valeri DeCastris says:

Northern Illinois offices (Machesney Park, Illinois and Hanover Park, Illinois) don’t keep records properly. I am trying to document my 3 machines received from them and they don’t have records of one of them. I am looking right at it and they say it doesn’t exist in my records. I have only gotten machines from the Machesney Park, Illinois office. Manager Julie in Machesney Park kept me waiting for 1.5 weeks for the information, said she emailed me but I didn’t get the information I needed – although she was nice. She referred me to Donna in the Hanover Park office who acted like she was doing me a big favor by talking to me for 1/2 hour because THEIR RECORDS are faulty. What a joke. Sarasota, Florida office is much better. No wonder Apria gets such low reviews. Talking to their fools in Philippines is the icing on the cake and they contend that they have improved their overseas call center customer service. Not! And I STILL DON’T HAVE MY INFORMATION REQUESTED….how hard is it to verify 3 machines purchased from the same office in 10 years? Apparently real hard for them!

  • Theresa Wilson says:

The worst company ever in Jacksonville, FL for C-Pap machines and supplies. I have been dealing with them for several months and the machine is useless because the mask does not fit right. Today, I spoke with a really rude customer service rep who said “we contacted you twice” – her “contact” was leaving a voicemail that I never received. When I tried to explain I what I needed, she kept talking over me and not listening. She then placed me on hold for seven minutes in which a manager “David” got one the phone, and again rude, condescending, and absolutely no customer service!! His implications was he was doing me a favor!!! Do not use this company, they will not treat you right, it is always someone else’s fault, they take no responsibility for their really bad service!!!

  • Lori Good says:

Worst company ever! Do not deal with these jerks!

  • KW says:

When I call my location office, I am met with a snotty manager. It is no wonder we are unhappy. Sadly, my insurance deals with Apria and it took me 8 months to get a new cPap machine. I was also told that I would be taken care of and now I cannot get the person I want for assistance. They also have no contact outside your area – no chance to complain to anyone above the person at the local office.

  • SW says:

They are a most horrendous group. They won’t do anything to help their patients at all. Trying to contact (let alone understand) customer service is a joke and you’ll be hung up on when asking for a supervisor. Billing is atrocious, you’ll receive collections calls on balances you don’t even show as existing. The website says $0 balance, but I regularly receive collections calls on balances that I can’t even see. The left doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and you the patient are stuck in the middle. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

    • KW says:

You couldn’t be more correct. Sadly, the insurance company that I currently have (due to my past employer) has contracted with Apria. How is it that they are this callous they will not allow people to call the corporate office if we have issues? Very sad!!

  • Judy Tratenberg says:

The worst healthcare provider I ever had to deal with.
