I PURCHASED A BIPAP MACHINE OUT OF POCKET. NOW APRIA IS TRYING TO CHARGE MY SOCIAL SECURITY INSURANCE OVER $8O0.00 FOR RENTAL. THIS IS INSURANCE FRAUD.

Hi my name is Lisa Popp I live in Sauk rapids ,mn 56379
I got the machine sent to me and told it was pre set I had issues and could not sleep the disc they sent it wasn’t watchable. They keep billing me for things. I was told a therapist would call but the only one who calls is billing department. I’ve was told to set something up by my doctor and they were to call after 2:30 when I’m off work. Other people I know actually had class to know how to use clean it . I never had this . I can go to the Sauk Rapids Apria but haven’t heard for it I have not used it because I get no sleep using it I feel smothered . I am willing to go to Sauk rapids AprIa for help. I keep getting billed and it keeps getting higher but no one will help. I would like some one to help me. Then the bill will get paid. I told my doctor to cancel it all . This is in regards to an ongoing issue with Apria that I thought was resolved last year.
It has to do with a supposed $12 unpaid bill from 10/2020. I’ve spoken with your Billing Department on many occasions and they assured me that it was taken care of.
I’ve been a customer of Apria for over 10 years and would appreciate it if someone from your corporate office contact me so I can continue to do business and get my medical orders regularly.
