The Orange branch had a 40 min conversation with me last Thursday at 230pm, asked for additional info, provided. Was told get emails about a couple places I’d be perfect for after got off phone. Never provided. Call Friday to follow up and the girl Monica claimed she didn’t remember speaking to me the day before. Acted completely confused why I was calling her. I’m very upset and do not want an account profile with your company any longer. And I need someone to contact me to delete my profile, never felt so stupid from someone like I did after. This s very urgent!

I am EXTREMELY upset because my pay went to someone else and now they are saying it will be 5-7 business days before I will get my money. I am going to lose my car due to a loan payment and insurance due 3 days ago. This is very bad practice to not be able to redeposit a check to me today since this is such a large company. I will no longer accept work from you any longer nor will I recommend others.

You have recruiters that are not coherent or maybe drunk

Apple one Staff has been rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. I have emails and lots of cases where I had to go through 4 people just to get paid. I was treated like a huge inconvenience and told that they have managed their client for 12 years and that commission is greater than my concerns(wages changing, lack of training, time clock fraud, vaccine link from client). Their phone is never answered and you will not receive a call back at all.

Morning,

your team/office (Long Beach/Kilroy Airport location) has been unhelpful over the many attempts I have tried to work with your office. Not just this year but prior years as well. NO ONE has ever reached out to me or has shown any type of assistance. There is a lack of interest coming from your office.

Just wanted your team and office to be aware of that. Hopefully you all aren’t being selective of who you all choose to help. Incredibly disappointed in the lack of assistance.
