    I understand good help is hard to find but this is crazy. 90% of the time when I come to your restaurant located at 213 South 15th Street, Philadelphia, PA I experience terrible unprofessional service. I was in this restaurant today December 23, 2023 at 1:10 pm. The female manager was so unpleasant and unprofessional that this will be the last time I visit this place. She was so rude to her staff…she was saying things she should not have said in front of customers. The name on my receipt states the name Amirah H. but I’m not sure if that’s the managers name. I felt so bad for the staff. I can say your staff member Robert was pleasant and friendly. He was the only reason I stayed and purchased my order. Keep in mind I am not the only customer that has complaints about the staff at this place. I wish there was a way to contact someone from your corporate office about this. I know you are loosing customers just because of poor customer service. As a matter of fact I own a business in the area and my clients no longer go to & Pizza because of bad service from your staff.

    I’ve been reaching out to customer service about my missing points. I have over 9,000 points and noticed that over 4,000 of it is gone. Reached out to customer service and their deflecting and won’t answer my questions now they just don’t respond…. When a corporation doesn’t have a legit number and or point of contact to reach out to about complaints you know these ppl do not value their customers.

    I am absolutely disgusted by what I witnessed tonight. I went to the H St NE location and observed not one but two employees using unsafe food preparation practices. The employee by the pizza dough was picking his nose. The employee making pizza was wiping her face with the rubber gloves. How is this store allowed to operate? Where is a competent manager. & Pizza should focus on running clean restaurants instead of opening new ones. Absolutely horrendous location.

    I order 2 pie at your new location at Skyland Town center on Friday August 19 both pies was not cooked properly, the crust was doey and after ordering online for a pick up.I still had to wait 20 minutes when I got there. Only pick up window was open at 830pm, and none of the staff was wearing face covering like most of your other stores.I went back on Saturday spoke to the manager who said they didn’t have to wear face covering,not to mention that the kitchen are was dirty. My first experience at that location and it has turn be off to support that store

    This is a sad day for me after entering your store just outside Tyson Corner mall. I am no longer hungry. On this Friday, August 12th, one of your employees referred to me as a Nigger after asking her politely to exchange gloves after she touched multiple meat products. I want to give a name, but everyone on her side of the counter refused to provide me with her name. I then proceeded to ask for a manager. They then stated that “there’s no manager on duty”. I just found out her name is Madilla from Officer Pabon, whom they called on me for no apparent reason. Can you please investigate this matter and take appropriate action to make me feel welcome in your store again. Thank You!
