I really appreciate it if something was done at your 6804 Vineland ave north Hollywood Ca location the manager was very disrespectful, embarrassed me humiliated me, he yelled at me all because I was in a hurry leaving the store to catch my bus I had just bought 2 items and was going to buy some cookies and changed my mind last minute and put them down at the nearest rack to me and began walking out he chased after me telling me I stole them I walked back inside the store picked them up and showed them where I left them and probably because he felt stupid that he was wrong he then began yelling at me about putting them back where I got them from anytime I come and pick something up that it’s not his job to do it for me I then asked his name and he said he didn’t have to give it to me and then asked me why I was wanting his name I told him because I was contacting his corporate office and then he got upset and started yelling again telling me go ahead and he didn’t care nobody should have to feel this way going into your facilities the fact that I had to deal with something like this is beyond disrespectful unethical and unnecessary especially when I did nothing wrong something needs to be done people that are working for your establishment should not be treating your paying customers like this I strongly feel that this needed to be known and said and that’s all I have to say thank you and I hope to see something different next time if I choose to come again…….
The arco on Elkhorn in Sacramento CA I was recently hired and fried before my training was even complete he has the worst management skills not very professional for his job title as well very rude an just he isn’t a very good manager.. and he needs to learn to keep his personal life at home and not bring that to work

I’d like to have the executive office contact me there’s a ampm on Oasis in Redding California and every time I get here late at night sometimes it’s 11:00 right now it’s 10:00 to 3:00 a.m. the advanced the employee has the doors chained won’t let anybody in here I don’t know what he’s doing but it’s all different hours in the early mornings I travel quite a distance to come here every time and every time I do this employee has the doors Chained and won’t let me in or anybody in please get back with me thank you
