Amita Health, History and Headquarters Information

There are innovations coming up in the technology of healthcare delivery as well as in the human-angle approach to healthcare. The introduction of faith-based health service delivery is an innovation. Here, faith is combined with medical expertise with respect to the beliefs of individual patients. Amita Health is one such faith-based health delivery system.

There is supernatural healing, according to belief in some quarters. When this is combined with the best medical service, a total result that brings out complete healing to the body will be achieved.

The combination of Catholic and Adventist traditions in the delivery at Amita Health has brought about some innovation in health care delivery. This clinic delivers inclusive and compassionate care to their patients. It was established in 2015 and now has a total of over 17,000 employees. Keith A. Parrott is the President and CEO.

The corporate headquarters is at 60532, Illinois, United States

Just want to let you know, Amita Resurrection Hosp on Talcott in Chicago would be the last place I’d want to recommend. Front of hospital has been closed off for over 3 years due to never finished construction. No signage at corner of parking lot to warn persons that front hospital has no entrance at this time or maybe ever. I have walked and had to retrace steps to another entrance with severe arthritis in my knees. Then had to wife long corridors in the hospital to get to offices and patient rooms. Kindly get the Damn work done or close up shop. And for goodness sake, put a sign up at sidewalk near parking lot to Warn people to not walk to front of hospital, to non-existent entrance.
