The building was finished with construction in 2000. It has thirsty one floor and was one of the tallest buildings in the United States completed in 2000.
The building is the largest skyscraper with a single tenant in downtown Minneapolis. The headquarters of the company moved to Minneapolis from IDS Tower in 2000. There is also a skyway connecting the headquarters to the Capella Tower, Baker Center, and the Accenture Tower.
This amazing architecture piece is a combination of glass and granite on the units and creates a spectacular front. It is five feet wide and fifteen feet tall. With a unitized aluminum framing, the glass and granite make the building look beautiful and elegant. The construction sits on the old Lutheran Brotherhood Building. The latter was demolished so that the construction of the headquarters could be initiated. In 2016, the building was bought by Morning Calm Management that is a commercial estate management in Florida.
