    Took advantage of “Labor day” sale & ordered king size bed room set on 08/30/23 promised to delivery in 1 month. Delivered Mattress Bunkie boards & Dresser(Useless Pieces) with mirror in month!! 2nd delivery was scheduled on 11/14/23 for Bed frame itself and after calling they (Sales manager) arranged 2 night stands. Received the call and they wants to rescheduled for 12/16/23, that is almost 4 months after placed ordered!! Called store and left the messages but NO RESPONSE . Still waiting for phone call & complete bed room set pieces. Good Luck for your purchase.

    I called in August in regards to my delivery and was told that I was going to have to pay a 99 rescheduling fee, but then I didn’t have to pay it because they didn’t have all 8 pieces to deliver to me anyway. I rescheduled a few days after that because I hurt my leg at work so I paid the 40 dollars rescheduling fee. Today I call because the furniture was suppose to be delivered to see about getting the $100 fee waived and I spoke with a Manager name Micole that didn’t want to listen and had a nice/nasty attitude. I was advised that by Mecole that I could write to the President and they didn’t have a phone number. However, I did locate the phone number.

    I recently purchased a dining room set. I tried to pick up my order and paid a private vendor to bring it to my door. Upon arrival and opening the packages I noticed it was NOT the color I ordered. Not only that…the table and 2 chairs were not even in the order. I have 6 items . 1 Charleston dining set which includes: item 1 (kitchen island table,antique white wood! ). Item 2 kitchen island bench- Charleston – antique white wood and light fabric upholstry. Item 3 (2 stools same wood, same upholstry) item 4 : 2 chairs (charleston) total of 6 Items.
    To the top powers that be:
    HELP!!!!!! I expect a call from Jay Shottenstein asap!

    We purchased a leather sectional 16 months ago we have already had to have the love seat replaced because of mechanisms broke, 7 months later same problem we have now been waiting 2 months for it to be fix and getting the run around from the warranty department never buy here again ( paid in full ) so they don’t care!!
