    My husband is seriously ill with stage 4 cancer and is on oxygen 24/7. The person who brought and set up the oxygen machine did not say anything about changing filters. Someone who has experience with this machine told us this week that the filters need to be changed frequently. Filters were not left with us. This is very disturbing – my husband has been breathing dirty air for 4 months! Customer service lacking to say the least.


    I have been a patient/client of AHP for a number of years and have always found their service to be very good. Except for one incident with the State College, PA office a few years ago. That problem did get resolved, finally. However, now there is a problem with placing orders for C PAP supplies. During my last two attempts to place an order, I experienced three different “order takers” seeming to not knowing what they were doing. Including not speaking fluent english, having a hard time “finding me” on their computer and putting me on hold and then hanging up after a long wait on my part. None of this is what I have grown accustomed to when placing an order. I seriously doubt that you want your “order takers” to treat your customers in this fashion.
