I purchased a $1200.00 bed from the store in Memphis on hwy. 64. They were suppose to deliver a KING on Saturday but they delivered a QUEEN. I went up there and the paper work was corrected. They were supposed to deliver it after 2 pm today. They called me all morning to confirm the time. It’s now 5:30 pm and I am still waiting on my bed to be delivered. I am tired of sleeping on the floor.
This is the worst company to do work for. I was told to go out and fix the entry automatic doors. Parts and labor came to 975.00. They have not paid their bill and do nothing to fix the problem. Do not buy from a company like this. No telling what you are going to get. They want you to pay your bill, but they do not pay theirs.
Got bed set in October not long after i got it broke they replaced it it broke again they said they replace only box spring so i never exchanged i wanted both pieces replaced now the end of it broke i want it replaced both pieces and one that aint goung to break wks later or im going to go to BBBand stop my payments
This message may fall on deaf ears but your tv commercial ad is the most annoying and offensive I have ever heard. Loud truck horn blasting and a madman screaming throughout the commercial sends me running for the mute button on my remote. You may be a wonderful company and sell quality furniture but I unable to get past these totally negative vibes created by someone screaming at me from my tv screen. I think it totally disrespects the intelligence of the average consumer. I live very close to one of your stores and cannot bring myself to visit. Thanks for providing a place for me to vent.
