    I’m amazon flex driver the driver support is joke the app glitch out too much I take screen shots and that’s not good for them. I’m lucky to drive at all because of my seizures my doctors said I’m clear to drive. Amazon flex is very stressful for me I feel like I can’t do anything to make them happy. The blocks pay and the time they ask you do it in is crazy they ask for the impossible to get done with app and GPS and sometimes out of your control. If you are late that worse and forget paying us overtime if you are pass your block time I was trying to get health insurance 735 I needed to get 195 hours and my insurance card the first thing my insurance card didn’t pass I’m on disability so I get my insurance because of that lyft took that. The second thing is all extra time I had they didn’t give me and the app was down for 48 hours and couldn’t update it so I didn’t get it because of those reasons. Thank you for everything your time and listening to me

    I am very disappointed with Amazon flex I was on my way to do a Amazon and I noticed that my account looked weird and when I go see my email it says that I was deactivated due to not being able to deliver packages without trying first which is so insane! I never had an issue with Amazon and I been delivering with them for over 5 years I am devastated by how unfair I have been treated with Amazon. I am so baffled and would really love to see how I can get my account back since I sent an email with the proof and all. Please someone help because this is not true

    I have been unfairly treated by Amazon Flex and their Drivers support. On March 31, 2024 I was a level 3 with a Fantastic standing, about 600 points from a level 4. On Monday April 1, 2024 I am all of a sudden a level 2 with a Fantastic standing. When I emailed support I had 3 different people tell me they were not going to fix it and that I just needed to work harder at my job. First of all, this is not my job, this is a side hustle. I was treated like absolute shit. I told them I was going to go to corporate and they just ignored me and now will not respond to my emails. I have been a flex driver for more than a year and have always had a Great or Fantastic standing, I have never refused a route or anything and I get treated like that. I can’t even get reserved routes anymore. Guess I am done with Amazon Flex.

    Oh my goodness!!! I’m so glad to see I’m not the only one with a bad experience but I was not even givens an opportunity. I signed up and forgot which email I used but my SSN doesn’t change. I got flagged for creating another email by an Amazon customer service representative. Now seeing the comments below tells me I’m not missing anything. They said I violated terms I thought I needed a different email since I used to work for a DSP years ago. They ought to be a shame how they mishandle people. And for the record you all who have had the opportunity and was terminated, you can sue them! Go get your money cause they are definitely getting theirs.

    Amazon flex has the worst rating system standings procedure. I’ve been a courier for twenty years. They penalize us unfairly on the standings. We can not possibly make a delivery that was removed off of our itinerary by the Station worker. The routes are very Unsafe and overloaded. The pay is Not worth the stress involved. The driver’s support system is the worst i’ve ever seen. They make tickets because they feel you are right to fight it. But then email support says you’re going to Take the penalty anyway? I I am extremely unhappy as a driver and I will not be working for this company Except to get what I need from it And to hell With your rating system. You cannot possibly penalize a driver when you can’t even give them the direct information of which Delivery They are being penalized for. They never can give the customer’s name or address. That is not legal or professional. If you can’t prove which delivery, I’m being penalized for then you cannot penalize me at all…. I have never been so unhappy in any company I have ever worked At. You all need to care more about protecting your drivers from unfair treatment Unsafe routes and Unfair penalties. Without drivers, you have no customers.

    Same thing here!!! What we all need to do is file a formal complaint with the people who will do something about it! Even if that means getting lawyers involved. Because I’m tired of honestly! There is no way to contact a “corporate”!!!

    Why amazon flex start in our india when you don’t care about your flex delivery boys Or just because of the third party, the ID of our people has been closed. They just treated as a labour or as a sorvent they do as they like they didn’t give us any fix route they increase work burden and never payment was increased i worked from 2021 those day we travel around 30 km and now same rate we travel 70 to 80 km in 1 slot its against of human rights and its also against labour law but no one listening us if you really care about your dilivery excutive so please help us

    I am a flex driver. You have the worst Drivers’ Support staff. they just punishing my for no reason by dropping my Standing. We as drivers called and complained many times but they punished us again over and over. I am keeping all the emails they treated me unfairly. The problem is we do not know to do or to who we complain. It is too much. Those Drivers’ Support are killing this job for real. I would like to talk to someone who is in a higher level in the Corporation because it is too much. Hopefully, someone reach me out for further details and the treatment we facing from those drivers’ support.
