Percentage mark up is grossly high seeing as though the Alorica recruiters are of poor quality and unable to source quality candidates. They cannot build good company and employee relationships because they don’t respect the employees they staff and skip paying them. They have the quantity of candidates far from quality. Don’t even consider this. You’re better off hiring your own recruiter for the money you’re about to waste with Alorica
