            The company was founded by Dewayne and Mary Ann Allen in 1964. It was initially into the business of ready-mix concrete operation. Later, it evolved into a concrete contractor. Today it designs and markets a huge line of concrete equipment. It was the first company to invent high tolerance concrete floors, floating discs under power trowels to improve the concrete floor flatness.

            The headquarters of the company is situated in Arkansas. The company owns a 173 square foot of manufacturing unit here. They also offer laser metal cutting, powder coat painting, CNC machining and metal fabrication.
