I have been left to struggle to find a position anywhere, even if I’m working for another staffing agency. I believe she is using deceptive means and persuasive tactics in removing workers from ever working at venues in the area. And I’d like to pursue harassment and discrimination against her, due to her using my past criminal background against me. She has disclosed this information to contract employers, as well as made it difficult for me to seek permanent employment at certain facilities that your company has contacts with.
