I was notified April 12, 2023 that my retirement/pension account which became vested in 2013, was available for disbursement. I have been trying for three months to get my funds. Customer service has been polite, but not at all helpful. Every time I call for a status update, I get another excuse why my claim has not been processed. My pension is from BD, but Alight Soultions won’t send me my funds. So very frustrated with their stalling tactics. They are terrible to deal with!!!!!
This place is a fucking joke… Hella rude to customers.. Hangs up on them and then acts like a child and doesn’t answer the phone and very unprofessional
This company is the worst please do not apply for a customer service role. Trash has no color.

Pay strict attention to my previous comment I had better see some positive action within 1 week regarding payment
I am the representative for 13 retirees from GKN Powder Metals. Recently they transferred our accts to your Company for disbursement of deposited funds I assume by claims. When with Wage works there were claims from last year that should have been paid out and accts zeroed prior to the transfer, that is the proper protocol in cases such as this. That has not been done, not have you sent our funds out, you do not even have a website where can register for our acc management oversight. you have provided absolutely NOTHING to us in this regard, also no Accts manager or claim officer in case of problems which I am sure there will be based on this and your secret insistance. I I personally do not hear from your headquarters and the person in charge of the GKN accts within 72 hours we will be forced once again to file suit against Alight, GKN, Wage works.
We normally are paid out by January 10.th annually if you cannot comply with that explicitly, then I will take action that removes you as manager of these accts avidly pursue damages based of financial Hardships you are creating, I this clear? I hope so.Remeber contact my office within 72 hours of receipt of this letter from this date that is midnight the January 23, 2019. respectively.
