    I would advise everyone to stop using aliexpress immediately. These are my reasons.
    I’ve caught Aliexpress agents when you can contact them once a year on chat as 99.9% of time they refuse to answer they don’t supply contact phone or email simply because they do not want to be inundated with reports of the fraud they are involved in and theft by agents who have vetbally abused me and the public . Lied. Admitted lieing. Admitted the so called higher team does not exist.

    They don’t have mine managers or hierarchy of management which agents admitted. They don’t have a complaints dept although legally required to or a complaints procedure complaints are not permitted.

    Agents lie with threats ( I have taken screen shots of every conversation and uploaded to cloud to check that they have lied because they have forgotten their lies avd have different stories) that if I ask questions request to make a complaint they will refuse to allow me to use platform and I was told to keep my mouth shut and if I insisted on reporting death threats etc I would not be allowed to talk to agent’s again, and not to report a seller above agents who messaged me and told me all orders would not be shipped.

    But money taken from bank account as punishment for raising a dispute with aliexpress after that seller never shipped multiple goods.

    I then received months of messages as I was attempting to get a refund for £100 of stolen money by seller as aliexpress refused to deal with disputes and seller sent death threats warning me not to seek a refund for money they had taken without shipping goods and told me I would burn in hell and God and Indian gods god if death has cursed me for taking the bread put of Indian babies mouths and I was a disgusting mange ridden dog, and the seller sent curses and spells that I would die like a dog in hell and my parents who are dead would be burn in hell for eternity as they are also thieves criminals avd devil’s and the seller will continue to curse me and put spells on me forever.
    I forwarded these emails onto aliexpress agents who told me that they would not be prepared to do anything or remove seller and there’s no complaint process or dept and I would have to put up with the threats if I wanted my money back as these threats and curses come as part of dealing with sellers on aliexpress.

    But I would be immediately removed from the platform if I objected to these threats. I was then told to keep my mouth shut and I was not allowed to tell anyone what was going on.

    Including the theft of funds lies threats and verbal abuse by agents who said when I asked for their head office address told me they don’t know where their company is based and are not informed of who they are employed by.

    These people are part of a international criminal global crime ring which Jim browning of scammer payback had people go undercover posing as aliexpress agents to reveal employees who run scams in the call centre and threaten customers as they don’t want the public to let their ceos find out.

    This is why they threaten you avd tell big fat lies with bells on, and tell you they don’t have a head office and don’t know who’s recruiting them because it’s a criminal gang who don’t want to be identified.!!!!

    Can’t be plainer than that!

    Below is a copy of my email to Aliexpress’s Expert Team re TALL BUILDING BLOCKS STORE (Seller)

    I ordered an item for $106, Seller created a shipping label right away. Get Email from Aliexpress that the shipping info is updated and to watch for my item. Then Seller messages me through Aliexpress messages that they are out of stock and to cancel the order, but I can’t because Seller created the shipping label. For the past 3 days I’ve gotten the same message that I have to wait 15 days. Spent 3 hours trying to get help but only getting their chat bot. Then I actually clicked on the item in my order and it went straight to the Sellers sale page and the Seller had increased the price by $40. Seller lied about it being out of stock. I can’t leave feedback on Seller. You can only leave feedback for items you “receive”.

    DID YOU NOT READ MY ISSUES?

    -I purchased this on October 25.
    -Seller created a SHIPPING LABEL right away.
    -Then Seller messaged me that they are sold out.

    -I CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE THERE IS A SHIPPING LABEL CREATED

    -Then Seller raises the price on the item which they said is sold out, but which is in fact available.

    -Then I try to open a dispute… only to be told I have to wait 15 days before I can open a dispute; then I have to go through the dispute process with Aliexpress (7-10days?); and then wait 3-20 days for my refund???!!!!

    LOOK AT THE TIMELINE!

    ARE YOU SERIOUS???!

    AND THE SELLER IS NOT HELD LIABLE FOR DECEITFUL AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY???

    Is this how Aliexpress does business? Deceitful Sellers are not held accountable? How do I recognize a good Seller? I can’t even leave feedback on this Seller unless I claim that I’ve received the item which obviously is not happening. So now no other Buyers will know what has happened.

    and MY MONEY IS TIED UP FOR 3 MONTHS???

    AND YOU EMAIL ME TO SAY THAT I CAN OPEN UP A DISPUTE???

    WELL BETWEEN YESTERDAY AND TODAY IT STILL SAYS I HAVE TO WAIT 15 DAYS before I can open a dispute!!!!

    Maybe you guys are made of money, but for me to have over a $100 for a present unavailable for 3 months is not OKAY.

    And for future consideration:

    If a Seller can’t or doesn’t “want” to ‘fulfill’ an order why can’t they cancel it at their end?

    Why do they tell the customer that he must cancel the order?

    Which they already know is not possible because the Seller creates a shipping label right after an order is placed.

    And we customers get emails from Aliexpress saying our items are on their way, when in fact they’re not.

    Why are you NOT protecting the customers interest???

    Is this what Aliexpress has become… a consumer challenge to find a reliable Seller… ?

    I have tryed to log in to my account .The verification core never sent. I placed a order (8153528107250529) it was placeed on 8 Aug. 2022.At a cost of $257.19. On 14 Aug I was emailed it was shipped. 19 Aug I was emailed no payment received I check with my bank the money withdrawal by AliExpress. 20 Aug I was sent a email that the order was closed out for payment not received.     I purchased a Doogee S50 smartphone from AliExpress online store China Product Store. A few weeks after I received the order, the phone suddenly stopped receiving, making calls or SMS.

    After numerous message exchanges with the online store, eventually, when I reminded them of the 90 day money back guarantee they then offered a refund if I returned the phone to them, which I have no issue with BUT BUT BUT, after some research I have found numerous customers who were offered the same thing with various online AliExpress stores but once returning the item, they never received their refund. I explained this to China Products store asking them for the refund before I return the item; all I get is rhetoric and they will not budge which makes me realize they care nothing for the customers, as also appears to be the case with AliExpress / Alibaba as emails have been sent to them but they appear not to either as if they did, not only would they make sure I was refunded in full but also be annoyed that yet another online store are helping provide a negative reputation for AliExpress and the parent company Alibaba.
    I will now NEVER purchase from AliExpress, Alibaba, China Products Store ever again and will warn others of my experience as well.

    Hello my name is Angel Brider , My debit card was recently charged over $1200 US dollars from AliExpress onNovember 11,2021 did not authorize those transactions and I could not dispute the transactions because there was no tracking number. The last purchase I made with AliExpress was in 2017 so if any merchandise was sent out it would not go to the proper updated address . This is the WORST experience I have EVER been through There has got to be a way I can get my money back the only evidence I have of the purchase is from my bank with no tracking information.     I ordered 2 ebike batterys was given an international tracking number that the post office said was invalid but yet apparently it was delivered where and how if it has never been though the uk post office as they give it a completely new tracking number which never happened this has happened with 2 of my orders amounting to almost 400 pounds I do not recommend anybody uses this platform as they are allowing people to steal from you with out proof that anything was delivered ill be taking them to court and looking to get there trading licence in the EU removed

    Very Disappointed with the product and service I have received from AliExpress.

    Procured a Tuxing Compressor from AliExpress in Sept of this year. AliExpress/Tuxing were placed on notice that the product was defective within 3 days of it arriving at my home.

    It never operated correctly.

    I requested a replacement or refund. It was denied by aliexpress

    I was sent spare parts for the broken unit they sent.

    i replaced said parts, only to learn that the gasket was defective and shrank to the point the oil drained quickly from unit.

    I even opened a dispute with AliExpress. please note their website is not the easiest to navigate and find clear info

    I was told i would hear back….no email came indicating they had closed my dispute without even a courtesy announcement to myself.

    SO I feel i have no recourse but to take ALiExpress to court and sue them for replacement cost and inconvience under the Consumer Protection Act as well as California Consumer law.

They are sending it to304 n ct sh nekoosa wi. There is no home with that address. Our post office keeps sending the package back to aliexpress. We have talked to everyone there with no results.
