I have been dealing with affirm for years now. Up until a few months ago I had no problem with my loan account.
My situation is this, I paid a single payment of $53.26 on one loan, when I look at my bank account they had changed me $503.00 plus separate charge of $53.26 on same loan. Sad thing is this is second time this happened. So both of these separate charges
was on my bank account.
I immediately called affirm customer service. Affirm customer service representatives barely speak English and they are awful the worst I have ever seen. Here you are dealing with a problem with your account which is stressful enough and on top of the problem you have to deal with the English barrier as well. I called them five times, got hung up and no resolution to why this happen and how to stop it in future. I got no help at all from Affirm, I finally called my bank and they block the charge. Affirm kept telling me that I manually put it in, that was the dumbest statement they could have come up with for an explanation because if I was paying off I certainly would not pay more than balance owed and then pay twice on same account. They are just useless and stupid. Sad thing is the CEO don’t care or try to fix things or make things better for customers.
I will be looking into legal action for unauthorized and illegal charges to my bank account, if I can I will sue.
The worst in customer service i was denied because i had acct when i was in hospital for mths was not aware bills not being paid in icu person i hired didnt pay anything so affirm chrged off when i knew i paid off asap now wo t give me chance so deny because of pymt history with them not willing to listen gt repeat staement the worst i owed them 88.00 paid off collectioon that day but owed 1000’s to others affirm only one not working with me rude and non respobsive contacted ceo complaints mgr etc so now gonba c if i caan sue for pre judging offered proif so i just go to competitor
Affrim horrible customer service on getting and issue resolved .this is the worst business practice I ever seen..I using thus for yrs..just went to Florida using affrim now they have a issue with my I d.am trying to fix there web site won’t even let me.😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫
Terrible company for customer service. I have even emailed the founder last week with no response. I have been trying to get a charge refunded since June/July because the company went out of business. I have spoken to 5+ people with no help and they just keep telling me that I need to continue paying for the product that I never received. So far I have paid $399 for something I never received and no one wants to help!
I have been trying for the last 5 weeks to get my Affirm app. to work. I have called customer service 6 times and my wife about the same with no resolve. Same run around with customer services with no results. I wanted to start paying my bill early because I’m proud of my credit score and now I’m concerned because I’m unable to access my account to pay my bill and then be charged late payments. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED with the whole process. I wrote them a letter noting my concerns and requesting paper statements so I can pay my bill on time.
I have been trying to work with this company since April of 2022. With no avail I have had nothing but lies and pushing me to the airline for my refund. It has been dragged on so long with constant back and forth. Then to get an email to tell me I get nothing. The worst experience in my life.
I am freaking 😡😠 pissed off. I loan was put into dispute by Jean R on 8/2/22 even though I sent her an email the same day saying the merchant provided a tracking number and I was able to track my items to my apt lockers. While in dispute autopay was put on hold and no one ever resolved my dispute so it went on long enough for my loan to go from collections to charge off all in a few days. I called and said I would pay the remainder of the loan but I needed Affirm to fix what they did to my credit report, no one ever contacted me once again they just sent it straight to charge off even after I said I was willing to pay. They went on the site and deleted that it was ever still “in dispute” status all the way from 8/22 to 12/20/22 although I have proof. Affirm is going around messing up people’s credit, no one ever contacted me to say dispute was resolved and to start paying again, anyway it was on autopay. Then they started a cover up. However I refuse to allow Affirm to mess with my credit and get away with it, I have read these people complaints very similar to mine, you are messing with people’s credit on purpose. They started covering up stuff too fast meaning they had done people dirty like this many many times before
Case dispute 14490406 case opened 6/9/22 still OPEN with no resolve – PLEASE correct my credit report through Experian to show that my loans in question were paid in FULL and Affirm is solely reponsible for this situation that has now dragged out for 8 months. Please correct my credit report before the New Year as I don’t want to have to deal with this further.
I’m in the military and this is now affecting my security clearance. This has dragged out long enough. Is there a number I can call Experian to get this resolved quickly before it affects my career? HELP!
What a joke reffered multiple people never got a referral bonus 90 dollars total contacted them and the customer service doesn’t even understand English I’m done with this service

I’m not having a problem returning something that I never got but I’m still paying for it I need someone to help me get the money back, because I feel I’m getting the run around!!! This has been an ongoing matter that is taking too long to resolve!!! I’ve contacted all parties involved several times!! How can I have an account that is overdue on merchandise that NEVER received!!! If this matter cannot be resolved by the end of business day Friday, July 29, 2022 I will seek a higher actions from others at this company Affrim!! THIS HAS GONE ON FAR TO LONG!!! My name is Latoyna Grace and I’m in the military about to deploy and I need closure on my dispute case 14490406. Affirm is accusing me of not paying off two loans back in Dec 2018 when in fact the loans were paid in full with cleared checks attached to my dispute showing they were deposited and cleared by affirm in Dec of 2018.
