I ordered the Lima Sandal in white Size 9. I was sent a size 5.
On line customer service said they have the shoe in a size 9 but no one has contacted me after that. I am asking for the shoe I received to be exchanged for the correct size. Why is it so hard to receive an answer from customer service? Your customer response is terrible. Please have someone contact me.
I bought shoes. They are so oversized the must be defective. CANNOT get a response.
Why can’t I get a simple question answered? I ordered shoes online and I have been charged for them. All I need is a order number so that I can track my purchase. It is like pulling teeth to get this information. I have emailed aerosole customer service and they are Absolutley no help and it takes days for a a generic response that doesn’t answer my question. help me now!!!
I had ordered a pair of shoes online, I need to return them … very large for the size I ordered.
