I would just like to give praise to one of your employees. I have had several encounters with your phlebotomist Elsa at your Aurora clinic on Douglas Avenue in Racine WI. She is always spot on with getting my vein on the first try. She is also always so pleasant and friendly, can tell she is smiling even under her mask. You should definitely make sure she is getting the best raises and being taken care of as a good employee of Aurora. Workers like her make going to the doctor not so bad 😁
