It’s in your best interest that you call me because I recorded conversation with this employee. My lawyer has been contacted and we shall be moving forward on this matter if it’s not resolved.
Needed to put my car in the shop. Made a reservation on line. Drove 45 miles to Atlanta Airport Rental Car Center. Presented my driver’s license and major credit card. She then said “do you have a copy of a utility bill in your name”. I said, I am not understanding your question. She says in order to rent we need a utility bill in your name. I said to her that this should have been listed as a reservation requirement. I went to my car to see if I had any of the 3 items, which I did not. I realized that I could pull up a bill on my phone. I went back and she said “your reservation is cancelled because you did not have the paperwork”. I then said, “is there anything else you need while I sit here and make another reservation”.. she said “ our policy is, if your reservation is canceled you cannot rent from us the same day”. Never ever rent from this company.
I have done business with a great deal of people and never once have I had an experience like this one. Advantage, should really look into things at the 2200 Car Rental PKWY location, at Hartsfeild Jackson International Airport. Times are hard for us all, and bad days do occur. However, when you clock in you leave your problems off the clock and never let it affect the business, or the brand. I will never return to Advantage, I will never recommend it, I simply can’t condone bad business. I hope that Ms. Kay fixes the attitude and treats people better and with much more respect. Customer Service agents are the bridge between relations.
My reservation # is NPRL8CBB4E, on September 3, 2021, I picked up my rental and returned it on September 5, my total was $119.39. I was informed that my $250.00 deposit would be refunded back in 2-5 days. On September 6, my account showed that a refund was processed and then recharged for 250.00. I have confirmed this with my bank 3 times. I have contacted customer service 3 times and was then told I must wait 7-10 days for the refund. Today is day 11. I contacted customer service and was informed that the money was refunded. I have been charged 370.00 for a 119.39 dollar rental. Please assist me in getting my 250.00 deposit returned to my account as this is a breach of contract with advantage rental customer agreement. As of today there has not been a refund deposited back to me. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. I have been watching my account daily and no money has been returned.

Horrible experience with Advantage. Car had no brakes, tried to call to get help and no one could help. Rent from anyone but Advantage ! Terrible customer service

Unable to locate key drop, anywhere, nobody answers phone off hours, returned key express mail, Advantage charged me additional $1110, for 4 additional days for a “soul” car! Seriously! Never again! I’m a United employee and will make sure no ever rents from Advantage!!
Not a very good experience as NYC is experiencing a pandemic with COVID-19 I am having major problems returning a vehicle. I contact the Laguardia location and spoke to a manager by the name of Jim who told me that it did not matter if I was sick or not but they need me to return the car or pay $500 for towing the vehicle to the location. You would think that as a member they would at least work with me and offer me a discount or allow for someone else to take the care etc. At this point if I put anyone in danger is ok as long as I return the car. Never using this car rental again. This is inhumane!!

I had an accident 2 days ago. I’ve left voice mails at the number indicated since then. No call back. Today I called Orlando Office. Spoke with a CSR Hilary. The call is supposedly recorded. They took my information gave it reference No 231664
