I worked at the plant in mendota Ill and was fired because I have a criminal background. The conviction was over 30 years ago. I would like to know why the company doesn’t give people a chance to prove themselves. I worked for ads for almost two and a half months and worked hard. It’s the best job I’ve had and I want to continue. I was told that I could appeal the decision , but no one has been in contact with me or told me how to appeal the decision to fire me . Also if you talked to the supervisor I had he would tell you how much he appreciated me
