Adidas Headquarters Info & Photos
The location for the Adidas Group worldwide base camp is Adidas AG, Adi-Dassler-Strasse 1, 91074 Herzogenaurach, Germany. Herzogenaurach is a small community in Bavaria. It manufactures and designs shoes, dress and sports gears. Adidas is the second biggest manufacturer of sportswear in the globe after Nike and it is the largest sportswear manufacturer in Europe.
Danish draftsman COBE has recently designed Adidas flagship building in Herzogenaurach, Germany. The rhombus-moulded construction, called Adidas Meet and Eat, is an expansion to the sports equipment organization’s World of Sports grounds that means to assemble competitors, guests, and representatives under one rooftop. The plan incorporates meeting and gathering focuses, a café, and a display area.
The rooftop, highlighting upward, solid balances encased by glass, is emblematic of the brand’s notable striped logo. Flaunting adaptability and multifunctionality, the 11,000-square-meter (118,403-square-foot) structure obliges various seasons with folding floor-to-roof windows. The straightforward dividers and hazy roofs take into account common light just as cross-ventilation when fallen, which will diminish the design’s requirement for cooling.
Planners from COBE referred to the Adidas reasoning (execution, enthusiasm, honesty, and variety) as powerful to their plan.

About Adidas
History
Adolf Dassler started the association in his mother’s home; he was joined by his senior kin Rudolf in 1924 under the name “Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory”. Dassler helped the headway of spiked running shoes (spikes) for different athletic events. To improve the idea of spiked athletic footwear, he transformed from a past model of profound metal spikes to utilizing material and flexibility. Dassler persuaded U.S. sprinter Jesse Owens to use his hand customized spikes at the 1936 Summer Olympics. The name Adidas is a gathering of the name of creator Adolf (“Adi”) Dassler. The business along these lines split in two: Rudi’s association was finally called Puma, while Adi’s became Adidas.
It grew reliably during the 1950s as association football (soccer) players changed to the association’s shoes, which were light in weight and featured screw-in spikes. The association then developed a line of open-air supplies, introducing soccer footballs in 1963. Following four years, Adidas began to make clothing. For quite a while, Adidas was the best name in athletic shoes. At this point, contention extended during the 1970s, famously from more current firms like Nike. Adi Dassler kicked the pail in 1978, and the association experienced falling slices of the pie during the 1980s, paying little mind to a creative help deal with the rap pack Run-D.M.C., creators of the hit tune “My Adidas” (1986)
