I have invested a significant amount of money to purchase your game, which is classified as M for mature. However, I am extremely disappointed that you have chosen to mute me. As a 53-year-old male with a strong presence on social media, I have the capacity to influence others and will utilize these platforms to advocate for boycotting and canceling your company. It is not acceptable for you to dictate how we communicate on our personal devices that we have paid for. If you fail to act accordingly, I will pursue legal action and file a claim in small claims court in order to retrieve my funds. Costing your company millions of dollars in income. How dare you Tread on my 1st Amendment Rights as an American.

I demand that you cease and desist from this activity as soon as possible and, in any event, within 0 days from your receipt of this letter. If action is not taken by you to cease and desist within the given time frame, I will have no choice but to take appropriate legal action against you.

I am a 68-year-old Vietnam era vet I have invested over $1000 recently and I was trying to explain the call of duty through a number of support venues for the last two years that linked up members with Facebook when Facebook has a problem and my account is affected I lose my call of duty account. I had to start over this is the third time call of duty has not responded to me in any way whatsoever. I was level 150 jameskarenscott@outlook.com. What I feel is fair they have no way contacted me or tried to help me get my account back it’s not my fault that call of duty and Facebook are having a problem communicating with one another, I feel like call of duty doesn’t seem to care and I am one of those Veterans they support at least that’s what I hear them say I am the real deal. I have been trying to get a issue resolved through support and no luck. The ticket I submitted was close without a resolution. I can’t believe that no one can contact me either through email or phone to help resolve the issue. You can’t even live chat with a support rep. You game Black op cold war is broken. You don’t even care. Half the updates mess up something else in the game. Obviously no testing has been done. I will never purchase another game from your company and recommend to my friends not to buy from your company.

To whom it may concern,

I have been buying the battle pass since around the time that ghost was the operator for Warzone. Up until this season I have had no connection issues. I keep a good eye on my Wi-Fi and run it’s statistics regularly. The whole time the satellite event was going on I was unable to load into a single match without being kicked off the game completely. In fact I still can’t connect to a single match of plunder. I’ve been booted so often that I’ve barely made any progress on my battle pass this season. With all this being said I feel as though I’ve been robbed. We are now almost a month into season four and I’ve only been able to get gameplay in a handful of times. Those of which have been glitchy and often have communication issues. I’m not sure what’s going on but I would like to get what I paid for. I know now that unless I’m playing consistently throughout the day until season four ends I will not complete the battle pass that I paid for. I would like to know if there is any type of compensation that will be given to those who have similar struggles as I with Warzone and cold war. Seeing how many issues there have been since season three’s regiment invite issue (that still has not been fixed), I would hope that you are taking measures to compensate those who have paid for this battle pass and will likely not be completing it due to mass gameplay issues.

If the issue cannot be resolved in this way I would like to make it understood that I along with hundreds of thousands of people will not be buying the battle pass from here on out.

With all due respect if I’m putting money into something I expect it to run well. At the very least I expect to be able to play it. To me that’s more than reasonable. I am a big fan of war zone but if these types of issues keep happening not only will I win hundreds of thousands stop buying the battle pass but we are thinking of walking away from the gameplay entirely and returning to Apex.

I’m not trying to be disrespectful nor am I trying to mindlessly complain. I just strongly feel that something needs to be done about this and your Fanbase needs to be compensated. I don’t appreciate my money being wasted. Thank you for your time

I have been playing for over a year now and also started destany 2 a few months back and get to Level 350 and again a dipshit took shit out of my game and I’m back to level 340+- so I work like crazy get back to 349 and now your going to kick me back 5 more points, bullshit… why in the sam hell can’t you dip shits leave things alone?
